these jeans are "diet" levis. the good quality levis, you wont find at Kmart. the OP states they were bought at kmart...6 pairs 100$ total. that is enough to know that they are a cheaper version of the real levis. real levis, you will spend 25-30$ per pair. ive never had a problem with real levis...ever
i think it would be safe to say that even though lipton may do something to keep their customer happy, the FDA allows stuff that will make your stomach turn. they allow so many parts per million of insect parts and waste for food to be considered safe.

although i understand the frustration, tires are a consumable item on a car that you will usually never be able to get replaced because of something like this. now, if it was within 2 days of getting them, i could understand it. but, stuff like this happens to tires.

mechanics arent a non profit organization. you didnt ask the price before hand. for all you knew, it coulda costed 100$.
if you want cheap, take the 5 mintues and 5$ to do it yourself. there are reasons such as this that keep people in business.
10 bucks says that if you look at the box it will say memory card not included.
another 10 bucks says that any games that you buy tell you how much memory is needed. this stuff is common sense.

for coupons, regardless of the restraunt, some stores are from different corporations. different corporations have different coupons. coupons that you may get from a flyer, may be for a different corp.
p.s. you have to remember, there is no endless supply of salads. inventory runs out. and i dont want to hear "they should get extras to avoid running out". that isnt a legit claim. different days produce more or less business. if there is more business than normal, it can take away from what they have on hand
i dont doubt he only has 2 employees. i dont doubt that he would use day laborers. its cheaper to "rent" a person than it is to pay a full time employee that you may not need on a daily basis.

for the OP, all providers are by federal law, allowed to charge you up front. this secures at least some payment for the service if your insurance doesnt pay. if payment is made, obviously, you are due a reimbursement. but, they are allowed to do this and this is a common practice by many different providers.
