When a customer sends an Introduction message, we explain how the feature works: ‘Send an Introduction to members within reach and receive hundreds more responses in even less time’ and label all ‘Introduction’ messages as such in the Inbox to help customers distinguish these from private messages. To protect the safety of our members, our team of trained moderators screen all user-generated content to confirm profiles submitted are genuine.
