We're sorry to hear that your information was stolen to place several fraudulent orders with different companies including ours with your card. You are a victim of identity theft. For orders placed with GNS for the Acai Berry Edge, the orders have to be placed with a credit card that matches the billing address and expiration date and you also have to provide the CVV code. The only way to get the CVV code is from the back of your card. So someone must have had all of this information in order to place the order.
In order to disable the order and for us to close your account as a fraudulent order, we need a police report. Once we have a copy for our records we can disable the order and ensure nothing will be billed or sent to collections.
