Okay. I've been reading the board here. Jah help me, but I couldn't help but register. (What is wrong with me?)

Anyway, this tale of whoa . . . well, it's just sad. Uummm. I'm seriously been laughing so hard ever since I started on the Walmart nurse complaint and I too totally thought it was a joke. Anyway, my comments now:

Two laughs for the price of one:
"They would fail scouts for this."
"That's probably true. They for sure wouldn't get their Microwaving merit badge."

I DO have to mention that we have 2 A & Ws in my town and both totally rock. They get your order right. They have great floats and the hot dogs and buns are warm and yummy. I assume that's how A & W wants it to happen.
Aawww. You're awesome Miriam. Well, I totally appreciate the post, even though I don't have that brand where I live. Best wishes to you for dealing with that. I know how traumatizing it can be to find something (and no, I'm not posting my experiences). Mmk.
Forgot to vote. Dur.
Hee hee. Well, I got a giggle. Thanks.

I have an Anew Lifting Lotion my Mom gave me and it gives me no reaction at all. It sounds like you are indeed allergic to their main active ingredient. If I were you, I would check the ingredient in that particular product and compare it to any other skin-tightening creams. This would include anti-cellulite creams and lotions also.

Wwwoooooowww! I can't believe she actually admitted that to you. Does she have any sort of management chain?

I am a Mary Kay Rep and I indeed dropped out, then joined up under another Director (who was local and more available to help me). However, my old Director was a nice person and did indeed try to help me. It's just that her main support to me was e-mail and I prefer to get a one-on-one meeting every once in a while. You know?

Also, they completely and totally babied and trained me to do Mary Kay. I was never left in the wind. I even had a local "adopted Director" who took me on for the training. I'm sure that somewhere in your legacy (management line), there is a person who would really want to fix this for you.

If I were you I would try contacting your uplines and if that doesn't work go to corporate. Just send an e-mail on their main website. I don't think they would be happy to hear that this girl "just signs people up". That is NOT what they are supposed to do and corporate loses money if they do that.

I don't know. Perhaps Avon and Arbonne are department store equivalent. Mary Kay's selling point is the customer service, and the lower cost over time for MK customers. I think Mary Kay is great, but that's just me and my skin. I'm really sorry that you invested so much.

I also would think that the company would take care of your customer, but it is your responsibility if you sold the product to get someone to help her and/or refund her. You are an "independent representative", right? So, do you guys buy it back and then send it to the company for a refund?

I do Mary Kay and it's a simple sheet that you ship with the item. You just write the reason why you want to return it and they credit you for it. No problem.

I sold MK in the same time frame and had nothing like this happen. I suspect it was one lowly employee somewhere in the train that started the fraud business.

If you want the glasses really, really bad then just buy the meals. Otherwise try another BK and/or at different hours.

So, uh . . . what's the scam here? You send them money for a TV that doesn't exist? Would you do that not knowing the seller or any of their information? I don't think I would buy anything to be shipped outside of eBay.
I understand. I have thought about that also, but I've never wanted to invest the money in something I don't completely understand. I have an eBay business that brings in a small income. I would suggest you try it.

Other jobs and website things like this do always turn out to be some sort of scam.
This complaint is helpful. Thank you.
At most, perhaps I just have too much time on my hands!

Haha. I laughed so hard at this Jane. . . but you can spend as much time doing research and posting as you want to. As you said, it is a free country. I am also impressed that you have done so much homework on him and I love that he has not once cited a DBA claim or anything, cuz he doesn't have a license for any of these businesses. Do he?

Also, I love that he is asking for "serious investors" on his billionaire site, but then says he can't afford to pay back the money he stole from Ricksascam.

Here's a tip for RICK: If you owe people money and you pay them back, they usually leave you alone after that.
"Only pool stuff this time, no golf stuff on craigslist."

Of course! He is hoping to avoid more beatings at a golf course. . . . but I would think that he should probably also steer clear of a pool full of water. :S

Also, I want to mention that a major problem with scam artists is that they are obsessed with having people like them, so this site must be like a knife in his chest. Also, they have a lot of pride and that's probably why he hasn't paid anyone back. It's too bad. He most likely has a personality disorder. I do have a degree, but I can't hypothesize which disorder.
Rectal bleeding?! Oh my goodness. I would threaten to sue if they abused your dogs. Not only are they liable for a civil suit, but abuse is also a prosecutable crime. Don't stop making a stink. You may save other dogs some pain and suffering if they have a sociopath employee.

You've made the first step in posting here, but I'm sorry I can't give you much advice on litigation. Perhaps you should have a lawyer send this Doctor a letter threatening to sue if he does not pay for your repairing surgery (from another Doctor).

I would also look online for how you could get his business license revoked in the state that he is licensed under. Use google to find this information. Perhaps your daughter can help you with that.

Oh, I would also suggest that you take numerous photos from different angles and keep taking them. You can use them as evidence to do the above.

I'm sorry. I agree with Trish. You were not forced to spend your own money to purchase yourself into a higher line. This is like buying a pile of products that you can't resell in ANY business. (My friend had an aromatherapy store and she did this too.)

I sell Mary Kay and I only buy what people have purchased or what I know I can sell off right away. I do not owe money out and I never did the "mass inventory investment" that MLMs push.

You can be successful without having much product on hand. I hate that they tell you that you are supposed to have inventory. That's stupid. You don't. However how much inventory you purchase is a personal choice and you can not really blame the company for that.

I would check eBay to see what you can sell out. You'll lose money, but it's more important to get rid of stuff before it expires.
Well, I don't know that you should blame the whole business for this one employee's actions. What was her name? Maybe she had a bad day or she could just be scaly like that. Maybe you should talk to a manager at the Bloomingdales you went to and explain how the company would benefit not to employ her.

I believe that she is employed by Blomingdales . . not MAC, but I'm not sure on that.

Hhmmm. This is one of several complaints against a company that has advertised on Facebook. I never click them, but it sounds like Facebook should definitely address this.

Perhaps a news story or two on how Facebook advertises to scammers would make them check the links they advertise. o.O
I agree Jane. I seriously don't think he'd post his real tee times.
I'm really confused. I scratched someone's car? What are you talking about? You think I am CPNexus?

And who is this Cynthia person? I don't remember seeing you on any subjects that I took the time to post on.

Well, I'm not that CPNexus guy and I feel bad for him that you guys aren't just making stuff up. It's easy to accuse, isn't it? Anyway, I really don't have time to go making numerous accounts. I was just very entertained on this board and I thought I might be helpful to someone at some point.

Please don't harass me. I don't know you and I am new here.

I doubt you have any serious chemical burns. They'll probably heal. Yeah. Cheap colognes are not a good thing. I would check to make sure that the products you buy are noncomedogenic and/or safe for sensitive skin.

Safe for sensitive skin is actually a higher rating (more pure product) than noncomedogenic. All Mary Kay products are safe for sensitive skin. You can also look on the labels of products in the drug store. ;)

LMAO! Why is no one posting on what is obviously the funniest [censored] ever?! Omg. I busted a lung! : D
