Buffalo Wild Wings

Every time I go there, the waitresses ignore us costumers. They see my friends and I at our table and they never bring us water or our menu. It takes them 30 minutes to find me a table, 2 hours to ask if we're ready (even though I've told them I'm ready), and another 2 hours to bring my food to the table. The waiters used to have a lot of energy and we're on time with their services but they typically look over their shoulders and roll their eyes when we call for service.
