Did you try to call them to say that you can't pay for two months that you can only pay for every month? You should explain your situation & how you only have so much money & cannot afford to pay for the service for two months in advance. They should allow you to pay every month instead of every two months.
Pablo

Dear Heather:
I didn't know that KFC delivered! Well, maybe that is a good sign because KFC food is bad for you anyway! However, getting back on topic, I totally agree with you if you called two to three times after you ordered to confirm that they were going to give you the correct dipping sauce and they failed to do that then there has to be some type of error on their part.
Heather, I went to KFC website and they list all their contact information which I will paste below. They even have their head office address. Feel free to contact them if you would like regarding your recent visit:
If you need more info, or just want to give KFC some much appreciated feedback, please give us a shout.

I disagree, I have bought things from other companies. No one ever explained to me about the terms of the contract like that. You have to read the agreement before you sign. I definitely did and would ask them questions about it. If they give you the agreement they shouldn't have to explain every detail, it should be your responsibility.
However, you do have a point about that especially if you are new to contracts. However we all know you should read the contract before signing even if it takes a while. You will be responsible for the contract so even if you have to take it home to read it, then I would highly recommend it.
Did you return their equipment? Sometimes they will charge for their equipment which is not good but that is what they may be charging you. Did you receive the bill? What were the charges for? It's kind of hard to say you don't owe the charges without finding what they are for, but I do agree with you to cancel your card if you think they were going to charge without your permission.
Pablo
How about getting NCO to give you a paid letter? Or you can forward your proof of payment to American Express. That is the only thing that you can do, or have American Express contact NCO.

Dear Lynette:
Go to this website:
http://www.tlgsurvey.com/se.ashx?s=3539CD03648C1B7E
Copy and paste the website. If you don't know how to copy and paste go to http://www.google.com and search copy and paste.
Both websites are working for me. Now, you need to do the survey on that website. Check the Official Rules to enter by mail.

Dear Fran:
Did you buy one of those DVD from their TV commercials? What that does is sign you up for a subscription service. You need to call them to cancel. The website that you lists has their telephone number and address to direct inquires, so why don't you send the DVDs back with the receipt you received?

Take care

Did you sign a contract with them? Does it say they are responsible for accidents and/or liable for the pet's injuries? Do you have a list of what they are responsible for?
If you did sign a contract and it states that they aren't responsible it will be hard to do anything.
If the above doesn't apply, you may need to talk to the store manager/owner and/or their corporate head office to see if they will pay for the medical expenses.

Have you tried to go through PayPal or eBay for resolution? This seller has a lot of negative and neutral feedback!
134226: Positive
But only 96% rating?! This seller should have at least 98% rating, and it appears that the people that did leave negative he isn't responding. However, you should go through eBay and/or Paypal to get some resolution.

Only deal with software that is listed on http://www.download.com (CNET), I would highly recommend the software that is listed on there. Software that comes in "advertise" section such as Google Ads or on pop ups isn't worth the time downloading because they normally don't work.

Run your credit report, you can use the USA government funded website which is http://www.annualcreditreport.com (no need to enter any credit card information).
See if there are any accounts you did not open.
Contact each of the credit bureau via postal mail or via internet and state that someone has stolen check and your SSN. State that you would like to place a 90 day fraud alert on your credit file. Include a number that you may be reached to contact in case anyone opens any new accounts with your information. I would highly suggest to continue to contact them to re-place the fraud alert.
Pablo
Have you contacted your credit card to dispute the charge? They would be the ones to investigate if the tip was placed as incorrect, they would require the copy of the slip from that Applebee's.
Pablo
Have you tried to go to the website? It goes directly to the survey, just type it in as one word with the www.kmartsurvey.com it goes right to the survey.
Pablo
Did you sign up for the service? Did you choose the CDs you want? You really didn't say what the concern was, but I am sure there is someone at the company that will help you.
Their number should be on your statement. Now, if you log into their website I believe their information is on there.
Pablo
Have you tried to search the Norton website for specifics about your error message?
