Dear Fred:
First I would like to ask obviously they are calling for a reason, do you have a collection account? Then they are allowed to call you because you're a deadbeat, pay your bills!
Second, if you are stating it's not you, then you need to contact the company stating the account is yours and discuss the details further. Obviously your whisle blowing will only go so far and then the collection account will go on your credit reporting ;).
No, I have nothing to do with ER Solutions, but I happen to know how to search and obviously if you didn't owe any money why would they be calling YOU?

Dear Amanda Chase:
Have you thought about searching on the internet for Haier's website or asking their customer service representatives for their corporate office information? If what you have written is true then they should definitely replace the unit free of charges because obviously the repair workers didn't know what they were doing & actually messed up the unit more by not getting the water out of the unit.
Pablo.
Dear Brad Sawyer:
Have you considered contacting their corporate office? Generally they would be the ones to assist your with you getting the $22 fee back, I wish you the best.
Pablo.
Dear Val:
The website is no good because when you sign up they enter you into a subscription service. In fact, most problems are on here because people say "X company stole the money from me." However, the case is the TERMS OF SERVICE (also know as "TOS") are right on their website and could be called "the fine print". Therefore, before I would be giving anyone my information (credit card, bank account, etc) I would want to see the contract/TOS/etc.
If you are REALLY wanting the website to get a free credit report you need to go to http://www.annualcreditreport.com it is the Free Government funded website where you get your credit report free once a year. You only pay if you want to find out your credit score & you aren't signed up for a subscription service. Therefore, I would suggest to go through that website to get your report :)

You shouldn't have to "pay" for getting a job, in fact the companies that give rebates contact with other companies, and the second company pays the workers. For example, Best Buy would contract with Sam, Inc who then hires many mail processors to process rebates for Best Buy and perhaps other companies. I highly doubt they would let you do it yourself, plus ask yourself WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY TO WORK? That just sounds crazy.

Sorry to say but most company's technical supports sucks very bad. Have you considered contacting People PC's corporate office to try to resolve the issue? They are a good company because I had their dial up service, but it is unfair since you did everything they said... so perhaps you last step would be to talk to their corporate office?
I wish you the best
Pablo.
That is giving eBay a BAD rap. First, they never ask for sensitive data, and why would they if you don't even have an eBay account?! It's called "phishing" scam, have you heard about it? You should search and read more about it. eBay doesn't ask you for all that information.
Pablo
It is more likely than not a "check cashing scam" they will ask you to cash their check and send over the money due to "processing fees", but guess? The check bounces, you wire the money via western union & the bank makes you responsible for all monies on the account. Therefore, don't even bother replying to their stupid email because they are trying to scam
