Approximately last November I signed a contract with Peoplepc.com agreeing to pay for DSL service for 24 months. I fully intended on keeping this service for some time as I'd been happy with their dial up service. On February 26th my DSL service quit working. SMARTSAVINGS.COM reinstated unauthorized charges to my bank account of $1 a month one year after I had effectively canceled it. My bank USAA states they can not stop the automated deductions so this company will continue to charge me.
