We having been using the above product for over five years because of the inherent quality it has on cleaning dishes! The last couple of washes the tablet has not completely dissolved and the dishes have not been fully washed leaving a mushy residue in the compartment where the tablet sits! We have checked. The dishwasher which is relatively new and is operating OK.We would very much like you to check the batch [protected] there is also another number under a bar code which may help you? [protected]
We do not really want to switch brands so we will purchase another box from another store and do a trial on that. I hope you can resolve we can if you like send you this box!

I have recently purchased a large box of Fairy Non Bio power and a bottle of liquid. Both are filling my washing washine with foam which is overflowing from the draw. I have tried to use less and it's still the same. I have used the powder for years and have not had a problem until now, and so there must be a problem with the ingredients.

I would like to be refunded.

Recently started to use Free & Clear Tide Pods. There were two pair of black pants in the washer where the residue from the outside pod adhered to the fabric. I proceeded to scrape off the sticky residue and rewash the pants. For some reason, exactly where the residue was on the pant leg, the color of the material had changed and noticeable white spots appeared. Are there any other complaints regarding this product? Are other customers experiencing the same problem with soft materials? I like the convenience of the pods but not at the expense of clothing. The material was 57% cotton, 38% polyester, 5% spandex. I need to know if these kinds of materials should not be used with pods so I can discontinue its use. [protected]@gmail.com

Hi, I have used duracell battery long time. Recently I found duracell battery leaking problems even in normal usage. I have a digital camera which has 4 aa duracell batteries. Because of using cell phone to take pictures, I haven't used the digital camera for some months. I found some leaking signage from the camera. I opened the camera battery and found all 4 batteries are leaking damaging the camera.
I opened an electronic weight scale which has 4 aa duracell batteries. One battery is leaking. Not good. It damages my weight scale too.

Good evening just a bit of a moan. I have been buying gillette mach 3 razor blades for years and I have been highly delighted, until last month I bought some and they would not give me a good shave, they seem to be blunt and was pulling rather than cutting. I do not know if it makes any difference but these new ones are light blue in colour as all the previous ones have been a darker blue. The bar code is 3 014260 323233. I buy them from who ever is the cheapest at the time. I bought 2 x packs of 8 which as you know are not cheap and feel they are not fit for purpose. 1 have only used one briefly out of the pack which was not cutting my whiskers. Dear Sirs, whilst I understand the high priority need for safety, especially in regards to child safety, the box closure design is very poor and can cause injury to the user.

The clips on each side of the lid are very sharp on the edge and I have cut my hand quite badly on it with the force that was required to open the box.

Can we not redesign the closure and possibly find an alternative to plastic?

I have used the above mentioned pods in my last four washes only to find they do not dissolve completely and the remnants of the pod has stuck fast to an item of clothing. I have had to add an extra wash at the end of the washing cycle without any detergent to completely dissolve the pod. I am sorely disappointed with there performance and wont be using the rest of the tub of pods as I fear an item of my laundry may be ruined. I have used Daz washing powder successfully for years but thought the new pods would make washing easier and keep my machine cleaner but instead I found them to be much more work and time consuming. Very disappointed customer. L Dunn

Twist-up wheel is broken in both deodorant tubes so the product will not roll-up for usage.
I would like a refund of the purchase price or another dual package of deodorant that functions properly and some coupons would be appreciated as well.

I'm tired of doing these surveys for tide and duracell batterys they im going to get free samples congratulation I was chosen then it sends me into a never ending surveys with a lot of annoying calls for stuff I didn't even want ...i thought I was doing just a survey for your products but apparently not nor do I ever get my free samples cause the survey is never ending

Okay. Not quibbling price or weight of washing powder, but absolutely disgusted that when the contents were measured against the packaging, there was 15cm of powder on a 29 cm box!
Not only are you attempting to con the public into thinking bigger box than rivals so more value of money but (and this is more important ) wasteful packaging causing increase transportation costs, and more pollution with both the production of the boxes and the emissions from the vehicles . You will probably respond (if at all) with "we are dong this and that and have reduced carbon emissions blah blah blah", but you could do so much more.

This is the first time I have ever bought this product of 2600g size, and I don't normally complain, but having opened the box and finding it only half full, I thought I would. Considering the size of the box and what was actually inside seems deceptive and causes me to be suspicious of your brand. I feel that I wasted my money.

I recently purchased this item at the Sainsbury's store in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Today I reached in for a pod and found that it was wet. I tipped the remaining pods out and found that one of them had split, and wet all the others remaining in the container. I have tried trying them, but they don't seem to be able to try as they are still covered in the contents of the split one.
I will be able to find a receipt if required, and I attach some photos. Can I claim a replacement product as there was clearly a fault with one of the pods in the container?

I have to say I love your comet liquid bathroom spray. I use it once a week top to bottom in my bathrooms but for some reason no store carries it anymore. My family thinks I am crazy i've tried a few other cleaners but only like yours. So I guess I am wondering why I can't not find your product anymore. If you stopped making it I would like to know why cause it is the best 😢😢

Batteries 2 each powered Coast G32 Flashlight. Light stop working
and thought to replace batteries. Upon taking flashlight apart finally got the two AA batteries out of the light.
Severe leakage in each battery. Was able to save and clean light for reuse with Energizer Batteries. Duracell was a good product. More American Junk with excessive cost reductions destroy reasonable quality of light. Battery Dates Mar 2028 for expiration.

I purchased a bottle of Old Spice Original aftershave lotion from a supermarket in Crete, Greece. It definitely was not the Old Spice Original fragrance. I was extremely disappointed! The packaging looked correct although the bottle it was in was slightly different from the one I remembered. Do you know if this is authentic? If so, it should not be marketed under the 'Original' tag!

I continue to be so frustrated by your coupon procedure. Why not print your coupons like everyone else? Not everyone has a computer or a printer.

We don't have a printer, so I go to our library to try to work my way through the process and I still can't get the coupon printed! The process is not direct or easy!

What is the purpose? I'm sure it benefits the company somehow, but it sure doesn't benefit the consumer!

Please rethink this process and provide the coupons! I have been a tide customer for my whole life, but this is so frustrating.

P & G recently raised the price of Bounty. They also took the deceptive step of reducing the amount of product in each package, effectively raising the price even higher. Maybe it's my imagination, but the paper itself doesn't seem as thick as it had been.
We will be directing our buyers to refrain from ordering this product. We have also started reevaluating other P&G products we had used.
To add insult to injury, P&G's Bounty website's Contact feature has not been functional for weeks.

I have used duracell for a lot of years, but lately, I'm finding many of my remote controls, thermostats, flashlights thermo-pens, cameras, walkie-talkies, childrens toys, and several battery operated devices growing white fuzz on the negative end of the batteries, and on the connection with the batteries.

I'm fed-up with Duracell. It used to be a quality product, but not anymore.

I'm switching to total rechargeables from now on. More economical than leaky duracells any day of the week

I purchased a large 2.56lb tub of Cascade Complete 12x power dishwashing tablets from Walmart and upon returning home with my product upon opening more than 75% were all stuck together. I had to cut each and every one free during which I lost about 25% of those due to the packet opening and spilling. I recently bought an 885ml bottle of Flash cotton fresh multi-surface concentrate. It would seem that the valve controlling the flow is faulty. It does not automatically stop after squeezing to deliver a dose but continues running. If turned upside down with the cap on, it leaks. It fell over in my cleaning box and leaked all over.

I have used this product before, albeit a smaller size bottle, and was very pleased with it. I have really wasted my money in this instance.
