Scott and his team were phenomenal! I have never shipped a car across the country but he made the process so easy to understand and the communication was flawless. My car got back to me in just 5 days! I'm very happy with their services and will definitely use them again, as well as recommend them to anyone who is looking for car transportation!

I worked with Scott and he was great. I signed the contract on a Thursday the car was picked up in Connecticut on Sunday and arrived in Golden, Colorado Wednesday afternoon. Extremely professional, reliable and safe. Not only are they available at all times for communication and updates, but they checked in with me to keep me updated. Their communication is excellent. The company that hauled our car was extremely professional and treated our car with the utmost care. They even covered the seat with plastic before getting in to load. I was referred to Priority Auto Relocations by someone who owns many expensive sports cars, and even though the car I was transporting was a 10 year-old Honda, the service was perfect. From the person picking up the car at my house, to the drop off at its destination, it was all flawless. And any questions I emailed to them were answered usually within 30 minutes. Oh, and they had the best rate I could find, and I looked around a lot as I had no rush to transport my car. I felt very comfortable from start to finish and appreciate when people take customer service seriously. Transport was from California to Missouri in October .

Scott and Priority came through for me in transporting my parent's van from Florida to Maryland during a high volume time in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic. I was basically hanging up my hat and giving up. But Scott never gave up. He was in constant contact with me, knew the specifics details and timeline of our situation and came through with a fantastic transportation option. He found us a fantastic carrier. I am so pleased and have high praise words for Scott and his company as well as the carrier he found for us. I worked with Scott D. for my transport. The service was fantastic. I called him at all hours of the day and he picked up every time. Texts were returned quickly.

I had a problem with my transport and Scott made it right. The carrier did not pick up at my property as the service was door-to-door. Scott made it right out of his own pocket to compensate for the problem.

Scott was on top of finding a carrier and coordinating timing. He was proactive in getting the carrier's insurance paperwork and providing me details as to what I needed to do to protect myself. And, to top it off... Scott did not collect a penny until the car was picked up!

I got a lot of quotes from various brokers who all wanted $50-$150 as "deposit." Scott doesn't ask for a penny until your car is picked up. Anyhow, Scott's a straight shooter and provided service that's well beyond what I was experiencing with other companies. You won't regret working with Scott.

At first, I was apprehensive about sending my car across the US with someone I didn't know. He gave me an all inclusive price and it was exactly that! It was very easy to pay him also. Scott D is a part of a family owned business and he told me he would be there for me 7 days a week from start to finish. Scott D, the representative at Priority Auto Relocations, done a fabulous job transporting my Altima from NC to Boise. Very professional, always in contact with me, letting me know exactly where my car was everyday. He used Diesel Auto Express and the driver, ***, called me everyday to give me updates. He was so courteous. My car was picked up and delivered in 4 days!
I will say be very cautious with other carriers because they will trick you into signing a document and you paying a said price with unknown charges along the way.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Scott keep us informed and answer phone whenever we call. Picking up and delivery was on time and as promised. The truck driver from DC Transport, Mr Daniel B., was very nice and professional, called ahead and let us know the day and time he will come to pick up our vehicle and did the same on delivery, very professional. We were very worried when reading customers reviews about this industry business on internet and ComplaintsBoard.com web site. We decided to go with Priority Auto Relocations, Inc and Scott D. because of their A+ rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com with no customer's complaints and good positive ratings/reviews from previous customers. Their price was not cheap but also not expensive either, it was reasonable and we were so glad we have made the right decision. Priority Auto Relocations, Scott D., and their truck contractor, DC Transport, Mr Daniel B. picked up and delivered our vehicle as promised and we're very professional. They always answered phones when we called or called us back. They made it easy and less stressful, it well worth the money we have paid. We definitely will use them again and highly recommended.

My daughter and I were supposed to drive her car back from college after she was finished in the spring. We were going to do a Mother's Day trip from Chicago to San Diego, spending our time wandering about middle America, but then the coronavirus came and all the plans flew out the window.

I contacted Priority Auto Relocations and Scott was so fast to respondsomething I'm not used to in California. He replied to my email questions and then called so quickly that I couldn't believe it. After our talk, he got to work and found a company to transport my daughter's car from Chicago to San Diego. Scott promised a 7-10 day window but the car arrived in 6. The person who picked up my daughter's car in Chicago was very mannered, well spoken, and he did a great job.

When the driver was within an hour of my house, he called to let me know he was almost in the vicinity. The driver was very respectful of the coronavirus safety measures in place. He kept his distance and arrived with a mask. My daughter's car arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier.

I was so happy with the service I received from Priority Auto Relocations that I hired Scott again for Daughter #2 who needed to move back home. And I also recommended Scott to another San Diego family who needs to get their daughter's car back from Massachusetts.
