On 11/5 I placed 4 orders for 4 large middle bound wall calendars (4 copies of the exact same order). (orders number 64650196, 64650191, 64650192 and 64650177). On 11/25 I received two of them and both are printed upside down, meaning the calendar and the pictures above it are facing the opposite ways. I immediately wrote to customer support and filed tickets for help on their website, attaching pictures of the calendar and picture of the package, as required. After that I only received emails stating that tickets need my attention, but what kind of attention, what I need to do and where to find such tickets, I have to guess. There is no information about it anywhere on my account or in the emails I received. My request to speak with someone in person went unanswered. I posted 2 negative reviews on Google and will file with Better Business Bureau.
