Primeritus Financial Services

I called for help with the release of my vehicle on Thursday, August 3rd at 4:16pm Eastern Time and the phone call was disheartening. I’ve never been through this and had no idea how to get information on my release for my vehicle. The representative that I spoke with was very rude, not helpful and she gave me the wrong information. I work in customer service and my staff would never talk to any customer the way she did me. It says calls are recorded and I want someone in management to listen to this call. In which she told me I was wasting my time with her. I’m not one to complain but this type of attitude she not be tolerated while working in the field of helping customers with a question or problem. I surely hope no one has to talk to her on a day that is already very stressful and only looking for help. I’m sorry I thought that was her job when she answered the call. Thank you

On March 4th, my girl's car got towed by Primeritus Financial Services Inc. It was okay, but my car got scratched. I sent them pictures of the damage and two estimates to fix it, which cost around $***-$***. But they never replied to me. Every time I call, they hang up on me. I've sent many emails, but they never respond. I just want them to give me the money so I can fix my car without going to court.

I complained about Primeritus yesterday, on */*6/. I just mentioned who owned Primeritus. The complaint was not about the top company, but about the lower one, *** Services. Primeritus *** kicked back the complaint to me, saying I need to report the Owning company. But there are "5 complaints closed in last years & complaints closed in last *** months" on Primeritus' *** profile in Nashville, . Those complaints were clearly handled at the Primeritus/Nashville *** level. I need an explanation right away.
