Priceline.com airline tickets and flights

I booked a flight with Priceline from Dallas to Toronto and back with a confirmation. The day before the flight I got an email saying my Terminal is at C. I tried using their confirmation number they sent me to check in with WestJet airlines but it says they couldnt find my flight. Arriving 2 hours and 25 mins early I went around C looking for a WestJet agent but never found WestJet. I then checked my email from Priceline and says your flight updated to Terminal D. Panicking I took a terminal link to D and no where could I find WestJet. I asked about any airline worker I saw and people kept pointing me in loops. I then got on a Termlink to terminal E and saw a Westjet counter but no one at the counter. I then went all around E looking for a different WestJet counter and even asked TSA but no one knew. I then went back to the WestJet counter and saw a phone number to WestJet and called it and the lady told me my flight is WestJet but operated with American airlines and I can checkin with them. She also gave me a different checkin confirmation number. At this time it was too late for me to catch my flight. American Airlines tried to put me on standby but the ticket is WestJet so they couldnt do anything. I called WestJet and they said Priceline can cancel the ticket because they don't recieve the money until i'm on the flight. Priceline said there is nothing they can do and it's pretty much my fault for missing my flight. I still have the emails they sent me on where my terminals are and a picture at E where WestJet is. I lost a different one way ticket thru Air Canada because I could not make this flight. Priceline told me they will hold this credit but Air Canada will charge me 200 for rebooking my flight. So basically i'm left with nothing. I have proof that Priceline.com messed me up. Date flying to Toronto is Sept 1, 2017. Date flying back is Sept 5, 2017.

Priceline.com airline tickets

Will never use this website. They are a rip off. They have airline tickets advertised on their website but charge a different price only when you click on the one you want to buy. They ask for all your info making sure you are serious about buying and then they charge a different price when you put your card info in. Called the website to talk to someone only to be transferred to a supervisor (Abigail) who was extremely rude and was told you already paid you should have paid attention to prices. If you are advertising a price on your website its only fair that customers pay that price not any price you determine they should pay. My card has been charged 3 different times as I have tried to book flights on this website. Horrible customer service and fraudulent prices

Priceline.com don't believe their guaranteed lowest price

I booked a hotel room for 3 nights through Priceline. They offered the room for $90 a night then they tagged on taxes and fees so my total came to $319. When I checked out, the hotel gave me an itemized bill. The room was rate was $101 a night with the Sunday night stay being$49! They charged me $90. The hotel total with all their taxes and fees came to $294. I called to inquire about Priceline fees and they said they didn't have any. When I asked for a refund of the difference they wouldn't budge. Save yourself some time and just call the hotel. Bet you get way better rates. This was a waste of my time and money. At least the hotel was nice.

Priceline.com the worst place for booking

I booked a room in Montreal with an express option, it means you never know at what hotel you'll get, but you can choose some details like smoking/non-smoking, parking lot etc. So that's what I actually chose. They ignored the chosen details and just booked a room. I noticed it and called them, but they did nothing.
So I had to look for a different service to find a hotel. And I will never use priceline for sure.

WHAT SECURITY CODE?called customer service and was told I get credit after I purchase with card. I wanted to purchase with new card but was told they are aware of problems with the system and if I could use another credit card. The only reason I applied was for the enticing offer. was told it was too late to cancel request.

Priceline.com deceitful information

incident date 08/20/2017 my husband and I were looking for flights to add to our November trip and found one that we really like on priceline for $791. we go to book the flights and we get a message saying that the flights are now $1300 per person, we assume that the price went up as we took our time to make up our minds and book. However, go back to the homepage and create a new search, price for the same trip same flights same airlines same day is still advertised for $791. We assume it was a computer glitch and proceed to booking again. We receive the same error, that the flights have increased to ~$1300 more per person. At this point I am searching on my phone and my husband on his to see if we get the same price and/or error message and we do. We email the call the company and they are unable to help as they only assist customers that have booked flights over the phone and in order to get a response we must email. My husband goes on Facebook to message the company and they respond with the sorry excuse of this is normal in our industry as there is a lag in communications. We wouldn't be upset If they were not still advertising the deceptive price knowing that it is incorrect. The same price has been advertising since at least 2:40 pm PST to now 6:51pm pst. The company has not removed it from their site, and the same increase in price is still there when trying to book. I do not understand how the have a 3+ hour lag in their prices in this day and age and/or how they are allowed to display inaccurate deceptive information on their site. It would be one thing if they were not aware of this, but we have communicated this information to them and they know it is out there.

Priceline.com hotel stay

Hello,
I've booked a trip for my wife's birthday to South Beach, Miami via Priceline. I use Priceline often to book trips and hotel stays. I am completely disappointed with the misrepresentation of the room I booked here at the Crest hotel. When I made the reservation, Priceline advertised the room with a full kitchen, living room with a pull out bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The room that I am staying in is about 1/3 of the size, no kitchen or microwave, just a small room with a bed and bathroom. I've tried to upgrade to the suite but there is no availability. This is very embarrassing for me and a disappointing way to start my wife's birthday trip. I demand some type of compensation for the VERY inconvenient mix up on your end or I will never use Priceline again and will pass the word along the word to fellow Priceliners. My trip number is [protected].

Priceline.com priceline ticket purchase/customer service.

You are the most horrible agency I ever worked with you took my money you didn't give me a ticket. I am so angry. I was trying to bring my son from Houston to Chicago because my mom is very ill and I want to get home and that didn't happen thank you very much . On August 16 I purchased a ticket through Priceline from Houston to Chicago. It was United Airline 5:15 AM flight and never happened the money was deducted from my account but I was never given a ticket. I am extremely disappointed sadly disappointed actually. I urge others To be very careful when you're using the site. I was left on hold for over two hours and when somebody finally came on the phone they were no help at all. I was then transferred over to a supervisor and left on hold for another hour and still no answers.

Priceline.com the hotel was not what it said and the front desk was rude.

My name is Nicole Dragges and I am staying at an extended stay americas in van Nuys California. On the priceline website it's says this hotel has breakfast. They do not. They have one mini muffin and coffee with no lids. I would not have booked here if I would have know this. I brought my daughter here for a vacation and now I have to drive further and still feed her breakfast. This is really unacceptable if it says breakfast there should at least be juice and yogurt. Maybe some fruit to even make it a continental breakfast. Also when we came to check in we waited 10 minutes for the front desk to even be there. And the hallway smells like urine. I was unable to go to the regular app to complain so I am filing it here. I've used priceline several times in the past and never have these types of problems. I don't feel I was given what I was purchasing. I'm very disappointed and would have to think twice before booking on priceline again. Fyi I have stayed at other extended stay americas in the past and the breakfast included yogurt cereal toast/pastries and fruit plus juice and milk. The front desk person was very unfriendly as well.

Priceline.com cancelled hotel reservation

I am writing to let you know that I am very dissatisfied with Priceline due to my recent experience. On August 8th, I have booked a hotel room at Fraser Residence Budapest through Priceline.com which was confirmed by an email with a confirmation # [protected].
I have arrived at the hotel the next day, August 9th at 0800am, with my two kids in order to spend a day in Budapest before flying back to USA. After providing my photo ID and credit card, the hotel receptionist said that our room was not cleaned yet, but the room will be ready at noon. The hotel receptionist allowed us to leave our luggage there and said the luggage will be delivered to our room once the room is cleaned.
After exploring the city, my kids and I returned back to the hotel at aproximately 5:30pm. The receptioninst told us that our reservation has been cancelled by Agoda due to fraudulent booking. The receptionist couldn't explain who Agoda and why (I had not clue who Agoda was) and stated that per his manager, we would have to pay $109 Euros in cash to get a room which was significantly higher than the $76 Euros total booking price. Having two small kids with me and a discharged phone, I have unhappily paid the requested price in cash. We have left the hotel for the airport the next day at 5:30am.
I have used Priceline to book hotels in the past. Priceline will not be my first choice any more. I am very dissappointed with the experience. When the hotel receptionist stated that they have received cancellation notice from Agoda, I had no clue who Adoga was. I suggest that in the booking confirmations, it should be clearly stated that Priceline.com is affiliated with other companies because my booking had no mention of "Adoda" anywhere. After reviewing my junk email folder, I have found emails from Agoda requesting additional documents from me. But unfortunately, because I was travelling, I did not see these emails until after we left Budapest. The emails from Agoda did not mention anything about being affiliated with Priceline. I had to do my own research to learn that Adoda was affiliated with Priceline. I don't provide personal information to companies I don't recognize. Besides, we have arrived at the hotel at 0800am. If Priceline/Agoda had an issue with verification of my identity, they should have informed the hotel. I have provided the hotel receptionist with my government ID and credit card.

Priceline.com double booking

Itinerary number [protected]

Hi, While teaching my girlfriend how to use your website, she mistakenly booked a room while I did the same. As soon as I realized that (i received an email) I proceded to contact your customer service people but to no avail. I explained to them in detail that 2 rooms were booked for the same day but they seem not interested.

I use Priceline at least 4 times a month. If this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction, I have no choice but to jump on hotwire.com bandwagen. Please refund my money for this itinerary.

Priceline.com scandic hotel copenhagen - bester sogade

My wife and I recently booked the above hotel through Priceline and would like to relate the poor service and amenities of this hotel.

The room we had had the poorest cushions and mattress that I have ever experienced in all my travels both business and vacation.

At night there were hundreds of spiders that came down outside our window - 18 floors up.

The inside of the room had holes and poor maintained marks all over the place.

Our check out time was 12h00 - we asked if it was possible to check out at 13h00 - and were related that it would be a Kr 150-00 charge - for 1 x hour.

On arrival 14h00 we had no "bell boy" to assist us or trolleys and had to lug our cases to our room on our own.

The restaurant where we had dinner got both my wife and my meal wrong.

I ordered a simple burger with no lettuce, which arrived with lettuce - my wife ordered a pasta with shrimp and it arrived with no shrimp.

A poor experience - 1 out of 10.

Priceline rates a terrible hotel property 3 1/2 star, and when I made contact via the "Chat" customer service portal, I was told there are no refunds, no credit, not cancellations, and that the rating system cannot be guaranteed. So, why have a rating system> Why book believing you are going to get what you pay for, when in truth it could be a dump. In the past I booked nothing less than 3 1/2 star. This experience taught me a lesson. The hotel was no more than a 2 star, and that is generous.

Priceline customer service is a lesson in frustration. There is no service. No admission of their error.

Priceline.com dollar/hertz car rental agency in darmstadt, germany

Date of incident: June 19, 2017
Location: Dollar/Hertz Car Rental Agency
Pallaswiesenstr. 122
Darmstadt, DE 64293
Priceline Trip Number: [protected]
Rental Agreement Number: [protected]

I made a reservation through Priceline for an economy class car at the agency listed above for three weeks from May 29 to June 19, 2017. Priceline gave me an estimate for EUR 386.98 ($420.57). When I arrived at the agency to pick up the car, the agent informed me that the car I had reserved was not available, and in fact there was no other car available except for a higher class Ford Mondeo station wagon. The agent could not tell me when any other car would be available that day. I told the agent that I did not want to have to pay for an upgrade, but the agent assured me that there would be no extra charge for an upgrade because there was no other car available, which wasn't my fault. I accepted to rent that car for the Priceline price, and the rental agreement also listed the total price as EUR 386.98. I returned the car on 6/19 by the stipulated time, I had filled the gas tank, and there were no problems with the car. When I returned the car, there was a different agent in the office who had no time for me because he was busy with another customer, so I was asked to simply drop the car off and take care of the bill later. When I returned home in California, I looked at my VISA statement and saw that I had been charged a total of $592.71, or a difference of $172.14, evidently for the upgrade. I contacted the Hertz complaint desk at their main office in Germany and explained my situation. They took the information and replied by email, telling me in effect that I had benefited from the upgrade and had no cause for complaint. I am unhappy about this situation because $172 is a lot of money for me and I would like to be reimbursed for that amount of the difference between the price I was quoted and what I was charged. I don't think it was the intention of the agency to cheat me, but in effect that's what they did. I accepted the offer because I had been assured I would not have to pay for the upgrade. If I had been told otherwise, I could have waited around for a more economical car to show up or gone to a different agency, but I was anxious to start my trip, so I accepted the agency's offer because I had their word. I am simply asking to be reimbursed for the cost of the upgrade that I didn't request, which is $172.

Priceline.com flights booked to close together and impossible to make connections

Flew out of Thunder Bay to Winnipeg on west Jet. No boarding pass for connecting flight. Had to go into main terminal to get boarding pass. Was less then one hour before flight. Was unable to get pass or make flight. Stuck in Winnipeg for the night.

Was also told by West Jet that my bag was going straight through to CT. When I checked in for my flight in the morning they told me my bag was in Winnipeg but was going to be on flight with me. Bag never made it to final destination. Still waiting for it to be delivered.

Only good thing that happened was that because of your foul up in booking flights to close together, West Jet straightened it out and put me up in a hotel free of charge for the night.

I will never use Priceline for traveling again. I didn't book the flights. Project Healing Waters did and I will let them know today how messed up the whole thing was.

Priceline.com enterprise car rental

I booked an Enterprise car rental through your company. Upon checking in at SEATAC airport I was informed by the Enterprise agent that the rental had been booked at a Seattle downtown location rather that at the airport. The agent told us this happened because the car we booked was not available at the airport location. We did not have time to go downtown as we had commitments that did not allow it. Nor did we want to deal with the hassle of both the pick up and drop off. While the confirmation did have an address we had no way of knowing this was not the car rental facility at SEATAC. I feel this transaction was very misleading and unprofessional. Not only did the rental cost us more than we had agreed to, but it also left us in an undersized car that we ended up only driving to and from the airport to our friends house as it was too small and under-powered to meet our needs. We only put a few miles on the car and it sat at our friends house for ten days undriven. The Enterprise rental agreement # is [protected] and the Priceline confirmation # is [protected] if you would like to check the mileage in and out. My hope is that I can get some type of allowance for the issue. I would also hope that in the future Priceline would be more up front about the details of the transaction. I can be reached at [protected]@aol.com or 949/292-6666. Thank you

Priceline.com hotel amenities offered

When I purchased my express deal of a 3 star hotel I read that free parking and bed choice was offered. When I checked into the hotel that was chosen for me (Holiday Inn) I couldn't get my bed choice (2 beds) and was told there was a $13 charge for parking. When I brought it up all I got was a no ma'am. If I had known this was the case I would have chosen a different booking outlet. I have always been pleased with the service of priceline in the past. Now I am disappointed.

Priceline.com will not refund tickets back for their issue

7/28/17
I was scheduled to fly to Brussels today at 6:15PM today. The check-in counter would not let me board due to my passport not meeting the needs to be valid 3 months before expiration. I never heard of this before but they refused. I called Priceline at the airport around 4:15pm or 4:30pm and spoke to their customer service rep and she stated she would cancel the flight and have the tickets placed on hold for a year. I called again at 10:30PM the same day to reschedule, and another customer service rep told me that I was a "no show" on the flight and the rep never cancelled the flight. This is how they keep your money. They stated I could not get the ticket refunded back because the flight already took off. The first rep told me she took care of it. It's uncalled for. A company should not be keeping hardworking consumer money for lies that other representative told or "transcript lost". That's insane.

Priceline.com unauthorized charges/unethical behavior!!!!

On the morning of July 25, 2017 I got on line at priceline.co (who I have used before numerous times...meaning I felt like a good customer) I made a hotel reservation for 8/10/2017 for 4 rooms. 30 minutes or so later I went back on to my confirmation page to add a day. So 8/10 and 8/11. On the way to the lake with my youngest daughter I stopped to get her a smoothie and my card was denied, I pulled over and looked on my bank app to see that there was $.99 left. While my daughter played at the lake I started calling to find out what the heck happened. I had the confirmation email that said "no deposit would be charged" and "pay when you stay". After being on hold for 23e minutes I got Hannah on the phone who said it looked like I was charged twice, and she didnt know why but I shouldnt have been charged so she will fix it and call me back. Of course NO CALL, so I thought maybe the money will back in my account in the morning. NOPE, no money so I call again. I asked for a supervisor... they dont allow that so again I started with my story and series of questions to an Australian man who said " he was going to call the hotel and asked me to hold. He came back on and said "the manager at the hotel Tammy would be in at ! pm, he would call her then and then call me back" NOPE! No call back, maybe the money will be in my account the following morning. NOPE! So I call again. " I talk to Lashawnda "where I tell the story all again, she asks for me to forward her my bank statement and so I did showing that Priceline took out money for all four rooms for 4 nights. I forgot to mention that after talking to the Australian fellow I got on line and cancelled everything...I have the email stating that everything is cancelled. But... I am a mom of five...I was going to Utah to see my oldest kids for four days. I have a son and daughter in law close to me (about 6 hours away) that are having a baby this weekend. The money taken from my account was to get and stay by them when baby comes...so I am desperate because all my money is gone. I am so confused about all the different excuses I have heard...sorry maam, we contract out work with Booking.com, you ll need to talk to them. This never should have happened, i ll fix it and call you back. I am sorry Maam, it looks like you made two reservations, 1 wasnt refundable and we already paid the hotel. It was Priceline NO it was Booking No its the Hotel! After my fourth phone call to check on what I thought was going to be my refund, of course I ask for a supervisor...NOPE that doesnt happen so I tell my story from the beginning, he has a whole new set of excuses that make no sense especially since I have all the email proof, o I demand a supervisor...Yea here comes Mario with his own set of excuses and apologies. so I start the story again, he apologizes and says there was a clause somewhere that I missed that stated no refund. I asked to talk to his boss and he put me on hold, and after 20 minutes I was so mad I just had to hang up and cry! I do not know how I could have been charged for reservations that state there is no charge! I do not know how priceline can have a set of reservations but booking does to when I was on priceline.com only. I was scammed? I am not great on the computer, I am a social worker so I am ok on it, but I would think that priceline would be smart enough and ethical enough to see that a person cannot make two reservations at the same time at the same hotel. I have emails to prove what I say, I know that each customer service rep told me a mistake had been made and they would fix it, and that in the end my last $452 was taken. You scammed me, shame on you!

Priceline.com car rental

Paid for a car rental through Priceline for $142. Then later found a lower price for $107 through the same website. They refused to pricematch because THEY couldn't find the lower price and told me I already had the lower price. I offered to send the link and told me they needed to find it in real time. Real time meaning hike I'm on the phone THEY put the search in and find the same exact price THEMSELVES. I asked if I further complete the reservation with the lower price will I receive the difference. They said " I advise you not to do that because you will have two reservations to pay for then. " They still needed to do the search themselves and refused pictures, links and a confirmation if I completed the reservation with full payment from their own Priceline website.

Priceline.com car rental

I booked two car rentals through Priceline in April 2017.
I paid in advance for the car. When we got to Dublin we went to Budget and were never credited the amount I had already paid. They told us they would upgrade for free and we were charged 60 extra a day. They told us there was a deposit on our account of $500 we were never credited back. We couldn't use our credit card in Ireland because the car rental had used up all our credit. I have tried twice to fix this since I have been home and nothing has happened. please help fix this I was planning a $70 car rental it turned into over a thousand dollars.
