I was looking for impact windows for my home, and I had different quotes from 3 companies, but Prestige really won me over with the product and price. My sales representative Marcel was outstanding. He came out to my home and showed me some samples and went over the pros and cons of each one, and recommended which one would best fit my home. The installation was overall clean, and the installers that came out were very hardworking and friendly. My only complaint is that their customer service could be better. Overall, I love my new windows and Prestige really came through.

We were looking for great window company to help us install hurricane windows and doors. We looked at different dealers and got many quotes to choose from. When we had a scheduled appointment with Prestige Windows & Doors, we decided to go with this company. The salesperson was very nice, very knowledgable about the product, and extremely helpful with helping us choose the right style and products for our home. There were some minor hiccups with delays from manufacturers and with getting our install date, but overall they did a great job. We have beautiful impact windows and doors now!

We are very happy with our CGI windows and doors. Our experience with our sales representative, Malena, our project manager Guillermo and installers Leodys and Alex was superior. Malena delivered on ensuring each window and door fit our needs and how we wanted each one to function. Guillermo came by almost each day of install to ensure we were happy with how things were going and to address any questions we had. Our installers, Leodys and Alex, were top notch. Our windows and doors look great and we are specifically extremely happy with how our entry door came out. Thank you to all including Chris their manager.

I had an excellent experience with Prestige Windows & Doors. Initially, I was hesitant about using such a large company but they proved I had nothing to worry about. From the beginning to the end of the project, the salesperson, the project leader, the installers and office personnel were all professionals and took care of everything in an expeditious manner. During each stage, everything was handle seamlessly, not an easy task when so many persons are involved and during 'Covid'. As a customer, I appreciated having realistic timelines from the very beginning. Without hesitation I give Prestige my highest recommendation.

We used Prestige to install impact windows and doors. We interviewed several companies and selected Prestige based price, and product and the salesman who came out who was extremely knowledgeable, patient and sent a very detailed email with quotes and products we would receive. We had a large project based on number of windows and over sized windows to be installed. The installers were very good and cleaned the work area at the end of each day. They covered furniture in each room as they moved from one room to the next. The installers finished before projected completion date. I have now scheduled a quote for installing new garage door.

Great job! Although the ordering of the windows took longer than we expected, it did follow the timeline provided in our proposal, so they were spot on with that. From the initial consultation to the process of signing the proposals and scheduling to installation, it all went smoothly. Our job wasn't very big (2 sets of windows in an apartment building) but the entire job was completed in one day. The installer was very nice and respectful and covered and cleaned everything after he was done. It was a great experience, especially after reading reviews for some of the other companies. We will be hiring them again to do our sliding balcony doors.

I am very pleased to have this opportunity to enthusiastically recommend Prestige Windows & Doors Company. I did a lot of comparison shoping before I chose Prestige. This company sold the best product, which is aluminum-framed, rather than PVC-framed. The price was the most reasonable of the four companies from which I obtained bids. The installers were courteous, methodical, orderly, precise, and they cleaned up after themselves.

The Scheudler worked with us over our iniital concerns over having workmen in the home during the early stages of the Pandemic. All of the installers wore masks at all times. The sales representative, Michal W., did an outstanding job of explaning the Pros and Cons of the various product choices available to us.

Prestige Windows and Doors spent this past week (03/23-03/30) installing our windowns and doors. They have been remarkable. Angel (and Co.) have been extremely professional in their job performance on a daily basis. They shown up a little after 8:00a and have worked passionately throughout each and every day.

An example of Angel's performance was observe just now. Earlier this morning, Angel showed up and said that he had purchased cement so that he could add it to the base of the sliding glass door on our second floor. I did not think this was part of his job responsibility. However, this is one of the few examples showing how Angel goes above and beyond in his job performance.

We just finished a project of having 8 windows and the front door installed. From the beginning, the sales person, Marcel Rizo was very professional, took his time explaining the process, including that it would take a long time from the ordering date to installation because of Covid and all the shutdowns. I appreciated his honesty and decided to sign for the job. I am very happy with the outcome. The installers were very helpful and kind. They showed up early everyday and worked hard and cleaned up afterwards. The manager, Guillermo, came around a few times and did a final walkthrough with us to make sure we were happy with the job. We also communicated many times with Terry Jetter who put us in contact with all personnel handling our job. The windows and door look great! I have recommended this company to my neighbors and my brother. Thank you!

My experience with Prestige Windows & Doors was Awesome! They were helpful from the beginning and were very transparent with every single detail. I changed 8 windows on my house and I am very happy with not only the craftsmanship of the window but the work perform on my property. Our project manager assigned was Franco and our window installers name was Alejandro and if I ever did another project again with prestige I would definitely ask for them again. Alejandro was very professional from beginning to end and cover all my belongings for protection. Once he was done in a room he would clean up and was very efficient and attention to detail. Our experience with prestige has been phenomenal and the clean up afterwards was very minimal for us, which was one of our concerns when we started the project. Keep up the good work and I will recommend you guys to my family and friends.

This company did everything right from start to finish. They start by providing a professional presentation about their impact windows and doors, taking all of the measurements, and then providing a price quote that is completely fair for the quality of the work they do. They set your expectations with a reasonable timeline for the work to be completed, manage all of the paperwork for HOA and City permits, and then follow through by providing updates throughout the wait period while your windows and doors are being manufactured. Once they are ready for delivery and installation, they use the most professional and hard working team to complete your project. Not only are they excellent at their custom installation, but every day they leave, they clean up their work area. They follow through with the installation by having a manager do a final walk through to make sure everything went as planned and to address any questions or concerns. Their warranty is the best and they make sure you know that their work is guaranteed for years to come. I can't say enough good things about this company from the initial sales presentation all the way through follow up phone calls afterwards. They care and it shows.

I have nothing but high praise for Prestige Windows & Doors. Erika was my sales person. I told her from the beginning that I was getting multiple quotes (10, to be exact - I'm thorough). She didn't skip a beat! She stayed professional and confident in her company and the product that they use. She didn't pressure me and respected my need to do my research. She was amazing!

The office staff are all kind and professional. I got the chance to meet the Vice President of the company when I went in to sign my contract, and he answered all of my questions professionally and thoroughly. I already felt that the company was customer-oriented, and I liked that.

The guy who came out to measure the window and door spaces, Tony (I believe), was friendly and informative. He helped me understand how they were going to remove the old windows and install the new ones. He didn't have to take his time to explain anything, but he did, which showed me his pride for this company and his commitment to do a good job.

The installers were super professional and quick. My windows weren't easy to remove. The construction company had embedded them with the intent of never having them removed (lol!), so the installers had to take extra precaution in removing them. They were meticulous in checking that everything was leveled well and secured. They took pictures at every stage of the installation at every window. I was there for every single window and door installation, watching their every move, and they were perfectly fine with that. They politely answered every single one of my questions. They were perfectionists and made sure that everything was perfect. For example, when my front double doors were installed, one door handle was slightly higher than the other. Before I could even say anything, Angel (I believe) saw it and immediately started fixing it until it was perfect.

There were two hiccups. The first was my error. I had wanted a privacy glass on one of my doors and didn't express that clearly. The installation manager (who passed *** several times during the installation) and the VP quickly worked with me to get that resolved, even though it was my error. The other one was that one of the windows had a tiny hole, a manufacturer's issue, not Prestige's mistake. The VP immediately got on the phone with CGI, and CGI sent a crew within a few hours to come and fix it (it was an easy fix). But that isn't all! When the CGI crew came, they then proceeded to check every single window and do a water test to make sure that everything was secure and sealed well. They went above and beyond, and they didn't have to do that. It shows the great relationship that Prestige and CGI have with each other.

As I said at the beginning, I got 10 different quotes before choosing to go with Prestige. Many of those companies were not licensed and insured, although the claimed to be (I checked). Many used subcontractors, which Prestige does not. And Prestige's prices were very competitive! I am beyond happy that I chose Prestige, and I would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone. :-)

My experience...This installation process started out pretty good. The installers came March 15th to start work. The only issue that I think the company needs to be mindful of, is the language barrier. No one on the crew spoke English. Thankfully they didn't need to communicate with me. Day 2, March 16th, two guys showed up to finish installing the windows and the door. Thankfully one person spoke English. There was things to explain like them installing a door and lock and they didn't have keys for the lock. They called their boss ***s who came and exchanged the lock and gave me the keys. I was told there were some finishing touches that had to be done but after inspection which was set for March 18th between 2-4. I was told someone from Prestige would be here. The inspector showed up earlier than the scheduled time, spoke with people from Prestige and said he'd come back later. He never showed up and *** from Prestige did expecting to do a final walk through which he couldn't because there was work that needed to be done. There was caulking, sealing of the door and a window, vertical shades that needed to be installed. I called March 19th to inquire about the status of the inspection and to see when the work would be finish. I was told pictures were sent to the inspector and he's going to pass my inspection based off pictures. On Monday, March 22nd, I was expecting someone to show up to finish the work and deliver me an inspection report. No one showed and no one called. Tuesday, I called at 10:49am, ***s said someone will be there in 30 to 45 mins. No one showed. I called back at noon and was told someone is coming. No one showed. I called back at 2:45 still nothing. Finally Thursday, March 25th someone showed up, who I couldn't communicate with. He did some things and to the best of his abilities tried to explain other things that needed to be done later regarding the front door and a window. He said Monday someone will show up. On Friday someone showed up while I wasn't home. I called Prestige to tell them someone is at my door and he doesn't speak English so I can't communicate with him through my Ring. *** the manager had no idea someone was coming that day. I told them I'll be home in 2 hours he can come then. Of course no one showed up and no one called me. Monday the 2 guys from before showed up to finish the door and window. They left my house without letting me know which left my door unlocked. The shades for my kitchen were not installed and is currently on my sofa. The blinds in my living room is missing a piece which I showed to the installers and ***s. The blinds in my dining room are not functioning properly. I have yet to receive a copy of my inspection report after requesting it 4 times. The process was awful. I think I have been extremely nice and exercised extreme patience. While everyone was really nice, nice doesn't get the work done. Now I have to hire someone to install the blinds, fix the broken one and pray that the windows was installed properly. There's debris in my back yard. The windows and door was not cleaned as I was told it would be. There is no clear sign of communication with this company. The updating process was horrendous. I shouldn't have to call everyday for an update. I spent many days at home waiting for someone to come and no one came. It was a total inconvenience for 10 business days and the work is still not complete.
