We recently installed a new furnace and an air conditioner. The company was prompt in responding to my request for information and a salesperson was sent soon after. Our options were clearly laid out. The installers were courteous, showed up when scheduled, and cleaned up well after finishing the installation. All instructions were clear and they were willing to answer all of our questions. I would recommend this company.

I found House Smart professional, patient and willing to honestly answer our questions. When interviewing one unnamed window installer, he was very unwilling to grant discounts or even take the time to find what our strata needs were. House Smart was quite the opposite. they understood the challenges of dealing with 15 different opinions and ideas. "I love my windows! And I love the fact that my *** bill has gone down dramatically."

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with House Smart! Starting with Greg, the salesperson, Ryan in the office, Richard & Claude the installers and Nelson the electrician, they were all knowledgeable, extremely competent and a pleasure to deal with. The installation was handled so seamlessly! Richard explained the process, was very helpful and the cleanup was perfect! Can I give 10 stars instead of 5? Thank you for an excellent job done!

This is actually the second time we work with House Smart Home Improvements. In 2015, we changed all 22 windows for the house. All those years past, never has any problems and just like new. This time we changed 2 patio doors and 2 windows in the basement. Salesperson will listen what we want and give us proper suggestions, installers finished the job so well and office staff even follow up. We are really happy for their products and service. Highly recommend and you can trust them.

We upgraded all our windows with House Smart and were very pleased with the outcome. From our sales person to the installers and the ladies in the office. Every one was very professional and courteous. We are very happy with the final result! We can definetly see an improvement in our *** bill and our house stays nice and warm without having to crank up the heat, especially in the past couple weeks that it has been very cold. Thank you very much to the whole team for exceeding our expectstions!

We have dealt with House Smart three times now and each time have found the work to be more than satisfactory. The installation crew were efficient and clean up was excellent. We have no complaints. The standard of the product has always more than met our expectations. Sales person was very knowledgeable and gave us all the necessary information we needed to make our choice. The office personnel are always friendly and courteous. We would recommend House Smart to anybody interested in making house improvements.

We recently had our windows updated by Home Smart and couldn't be happier. Starting with our friendly & knowledgeable sales rep Glen! With the onset of Covid19 our windows were put on hold but the office called us every few weeks to let us know we weren't forgotten. We had our windows done last week and we were impressed by how well Chris Steve & Aubrey conducted themselves and were able to give us beautiful new windows and a clean home afterwards! I would definitely recommend this company to family & friends that are in need of home improvements.

I have nothing but good things to say about House Smart, Ryan and the guys. We were very happy the first time we used them (2010) in our former home in North Vancouver - We did the research and saw 4 different companies and even though 2 of them had sale deals - nothing came close to the regular price that House Smart offered and continues to offer. It was a no brainer to contract with them again this past August. They were open to taking a ferry to reach us and we are very satisfied with every aspect of their competent and professional and ethical service. Highly Recommend!

We have had a great experience dealing with House Smart for the past two years. Last year had all our back windows and patio door replaced and this year all the front windows and front door replaced. From the office staff, salesperson and installers, all were professional and personable. THere was no mess left behind. We have already noticed a big improvement on the protietion from cold and heat with the windows. We have had many compliments on the look of the house after installation was completed. We would absolutely recommend House Samrt to anyone looking for new windows and door.

I got 3 quotes to have a natural gas furnace replaced. *** I chose House Smart and they were excellent. They were able to do the install earlier than the quoted date, did a neat installation and cleaned up after themselves. If only all the companies I've had to deal with were this good!

I got great service from the guys at House Smart... From the initial consultation to the install everyone was friendly and efficient and respected safety concerns with covid. It was a fairly long wait to get the install (about 6 weeks... this is the only reason I didnt give the full 5 stars) because of the very high number of customers getting in on the excellent provincial rebates, but when the day came they were on time and completed all the work in a day. If customer demand has settled down then I expect the install delay is much shorter in general. I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family.

After reviewing about 12 other patio door companies. I narrowed it down to three specific businesses. I went with Housemart after evaluating the quality, price, warranty and the personality of the fellow who came to give the quote. Very pleased with the installation. The installers did it in a timely fashion. They great job and making it look good from the inside and outside. The patio door slides with very little effort now and keeps sliding for a bit even after I let go of the handle. Unlike my older patio door which was always seized up and very difficult to close. I have no problem recommending this company to friends and family.

Wonderful job/wonderful experience! We had just the one one window in the house replaced as we were doing renovations to the master bedroom. *** The job was done quickly, cleanly and to a very high level of excellence. Glenn was a superb salesman to deal with (no pressure to get all the windows done!) and he took the time when we asked about other services knowing there was not an immediate sale to be had for those items! The documentation provided on product, installation and warranty was very thorough and even the "after install service call" was done in a timely manner and fully explained (one window slider seemed to be sticking and turned out the weather stripping had caught and turned so that the adhesive side was rubbing. - took 2 min for them to identify the issue and correct - works like a charm now!)

We got our windows from HouseSmart Window & Doors. Our contract said they'd use the double cut method, but they didn't. They put the windows on top of the siding, which is a no-no. The windows aren't tight and we've had leaks and maybe mold. They used the wrong stuff to install them, like under-sill flashing on top of the window. They didn't follow the rules for double flashing either. HouseSmart is a bad company. They covered up their mistakes with trim and we only found out when we fixed the siding.
