Worst purchase of flowers ever. I have bought better from the supermarket when on sale. Purchased lilies and roses for 70th Birthday and paid extra £10 to get the largest size. Order 21st delivery 22nd. Delivery was on time via royal mail. I opened the box and was already disappointed. I took the flowers out and was shock to find a branch of a tree instead of separate greenery. The roses where brown and wilting. The greenery of the lilies were brittle and limp and not fresh.
Contacted service I can not say customer service because it failed on all levels. Basically after back and forth they offered me a £10 credit, after accepting "partial fault" How do you have a "partial fault" with flowers? Requested a full refund because I had to go out and purchase again. Offered a replacement after the fact. What a joke! Eventually offered a £10 refund then they ended communication saying that there was nothing more they could do.
Recommendation: Substandard Flowers. Shocking Service. Never Again
