Flower due to arrive 4th December and arrived a day later. Overall appearance of flowers was poor, browning on flowers. Life of flowers was three days. This is a late submission of complaint as sender was unaware that the flowers had arrived late or in poor condition. Really not good enough. Elderly parent had purchased in good faith.. this really isn't good enough.
Claimed loss: Price of flowers to be refunded to my elderly mother who cannot afford to waste money on such a poor service.
