Premier Association Management review: Stay away from brandemere sub. Austell ga

This company manages Brandemere Subdivision in Austell, Ga DO NOT BUY A HOME OR RENT HERE!. I have been here as a renter, and the harassment has only got worst. They refuse to talk to me, because I am not the homeowner which is crazy when i am the one left to pay for and deal with all these ridiculous, discriminating and deceitful violations. They have given me street parking violations for my mom picking up my child for work charging me $100 each time. Because she parks in the front of the house for 45 mins just as a Uber or Lyft would. I have explained to them a million times my mom doesn't live with me. I have taken pictures of neighbors who have street parking but yet they don't charge them for street parking. They make it very difficult for my family to live here and I know it is because we are renters. Spring just started and they have charged me $300 so far for weeds. and it take 4-6 weeks to treat and kill weeds. Now, I have to ruin my credit and move me and my family out due to the consistent harassment we get from this company. I was told the board is the one who send out the violations, and the board members live in the subdivision I would definitely stay away and don't waste your time or money.
