Plumber came by to fix a leak and charged me $250
Plumber came by to fix a leak and charged me $250. When I got home, it's leaking 4" away from where he did the repair. He says I gotta hire someone else to fix it even though I got a 30 day guarantee for it leaking. The leak is in line with sprinkler stations.

I wanna know where they put the clean out they installed in 2012. I called 'em on 1/13 and they said they COULD give me that info. But after lotsa phone calls and some dude showin' up without permission, I still don't know. This house used to belong to my brother who passed away last July. I'm in charge of his stuff now. I found a contract from 08/11 sayin' this company "removed and replaced sewer main line put in new clean out" at this house. I looked all over but couldn't find the clean out. This is where I grew up, and I know it has plumbing problems. Since they ain't fixin' it, on 1/27, I wrote 'em to say my request is now a complaint. Clean outs don't just vanish. They haven't gotten back to me 'bout this.
