I have been on oxygen for over 2 years. I was regularly receiving my tank refills until a few months ago. A representative is supposed to bring me takns every Wednesday as we have that set up in office. For the last couple of months they have not been coming regularly and I am having to commute 30 minutes to my local office to exchange tanks.

Also, I have been trying to contact the travel department for weeks to get my prescribed POC. Everytime I call the main line I get their answering service who takes a message but will not transfer my call to my local office and when asked to speak to a supervisor, I am told they cannot transfer my call but will send a message. No one has ever called me back. I finally got the direct line to travel department but have waited for someone to pick up the call for an hour and a half each time. I finally got through once and spoke to Crystal who said sge would work on it and call me back within 15 minutes. That was 3 days ago. My local office has no authority to issue a POC and can only send an email. I am now looking into transferring to another company because this is extremely frustrating.

Claimed loss: Since I have to commute weekly or anytime I need to get ahold of someone it has cost me money for gas. I've probably spent a good $50 just going back and forth.

Desired outcome: I want my POC and my tanks filled regularly
