Preferred Homecare review: Issues getting medical supplies

I have repeatedly contacted your office and followed all the necessary procedures, including sending faxes and making phone calls. Unfortunately, the faxes often fail to go through, and I am constantly given the runaround. Each time I follow up, I am told that the issue is being addressed, only to be left with no clear resolution or a timeline for when I can expect the supplies to be delivered.

This delay is causing significant distress for my son, who depends on these supplies for his well-being. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with the lack of communication and the repeated failure to resolve this matter, especially given that this has been ongoing for months.

I kindly request that you immediately investigate the situation and provide me with a clear and actionable plan to resolve this issue.
