I called Precision Toyota Service on Sunday, August 14,2022 for a recall on my 2020 Corolla. A schedule was set up to bring my car on Tuesday August 16, 2022. An important message from Precision Toyota on Sunday August 16,2022 stating my car is overdue for factory scheduled maintenance.
I brought my car for service at Precision Toyota on August 16,2022. I told the service guy my car is here for the recall and service as well although it only has 8,000 miles. He said that it has to be serviced since it has been a while and it cost over $100. I did not say a word.
The service was done after a while of waiting and the service guy with the papers work brought me to the place to pay the charges. I handed my credit card to pay and told the guy/cahier in front of me that I was unhappy, I should not be charged because my car has only 8,000 miles and it was just serviced last year.
August 17,2022, I found out in my computer that 10K maintenance was done on my car and states "This vehicle maybe eligible for Complimentary Toyota Care service".
