My car was at TMT Automotive for transmission repairs
My car was at TMT Automotive for transmission repairs. They told me it was all fixed up, but after just a few days, it started slipping again. Now they won't fix it right, even though they're supposed to have a 3 year 36 month warranty on the parts and labor.

I took my car to TMT Automotive because my power steering was acting up. They said they checked it out and told me I needed to replace a bunch of stuff like shocks, struts, sway bar, links, and hub assemblies. I spent over $4,000 on all that stuff, but it didn't fix the problem I brought it in for. I knew it was a steering issue, but they said I needed to fix all that other stuff first. Then they said my power steering pump and rack and pin needed to be fixed. What are the chances of both of those things going out at the same time? I'm not stupid, I know something fishy is going on. They said they fixed it, but then a few weeks later I heard a noise and checked the fluids. There was no power steering fluid or oil on the stick! I can't believe I've been driving like that for so long without any problems. I'm scared to take it back to them, but I have to after the holiday. I don't recommend TMT Automotive on Bendix drive. They only get one star from me, and that's being generous.

Poor service
I called TMT automotive of Mishawaka on 8/28/23 to ask if they worked on or replaced cvt transmissions, was told yes and they could tow my vehicle to them. Upon approving them to tow it, I get a call the next day giving me an estimate and concluding they worked with my warranty company. I then got a call on 8/31/23 stating my vehicle was ready just waiting...

Took our car to TMT Automotive on 10/12 for a check engine light with PO300 code. Got it back on 11/5 but after 4 days, same issue and backup camera not working. Paid $749.79 for the repair. Took it back on 11/10 and they had it for 2.5 months. Quoted $1,452.60 to fix the fuel injector assembly crank sensor. When we picked it up, we were charged $1,814.17 for extra repairs without permission. Got home, check engine light back on and backup camera still not working. Took it back on 1/27/22 and they estimated $1,100 to fix the manifold gaskets. Asked for a meeting but they changed the gaskets without permission. Picked it up on 2/11/22 and was told by the mechanic that if the light came on again, it would be for the *** module and it would be no danger. But the light came on within an hour of leaving and the van was undrivable. Spent $2563.96 and they had the van for 3.5 months but never fixed the problem. When we picked it up, they gave us a box of parts but no sensors were in it. Dash was not put together right and gouges by the radio. Called *** on 2/14/22 to update him but he didn't offer to resolve anything. Van is undrivable. TMT Automotive motto is We fix things right the first time!
For future reference, if a repair is needed for any electrical or technical function . . . take it to the car dealership to fix. Such as, Toyota to Toyota, Mercedes to Mercedes, Chrystler to Chrysler. These
mechannics SHOULD know the proper fix. And if not, complain to Corporate office. Dealerships should have Certified Mechanics, and have the tools to hook up to your care to scan the engine and
determine the EXACT problem, even if you need to go to a different, but close city. One thing I found
when I moved here . . . there are more crooks than honest repairmen.
