I bought a car on Tuesday and the price, financing, and warranty changed. Now we don't want it but the dealer won't cancel even though we can cancel within 10 days. Can someone help us out?

We bought a car from Downtown Kia on May 16 for $27,695 plus taxes and no fees. But then they added $367 extra fees to my mom's financing contract without telling us. They also lied about the extended warranty price and coverage. And to make it worse, they put their dealership's name and address on our car without asking us. I called them the next day and they were no help. This is the worst experience I've ever had buying a car in Canada. We trusted them and they screwed us over.

He and his mechanics don't know what's wrong with it. I sent emails to *** and the car salesmen I dealt with at Downtown Kia, but they haven't replied to me. They haven't called me either to explain when I'll get my car back, what the warranty process is, or anything like that. I don't know anything about what's going on. I'm really frustrated and I don't trust them anymore. I want to cancel the contract because of this. Can someone help me out? Thanks.

Talked to someone on phone who said they had good deals on cars. Went to see car, they said oil changes were free but then they charged us for them. They also made us pay a deposit before we could see the car and changed the price a bunch of times. They tried to make us pay for things we didn't want. We ended up paying more than we should have because of extra fees they added: -Car cost $21,445 instead of $21,195 -They added a $499 fee -They added a $695 fee -They added a $109.24 fee -They charged us for 5 tires when we only have 4 ($5) -No free oil changes We paid $1558.24 too much and didn't get free oil changes. They made up fees to make more money and shouldn't make us pay a deposit before we see the car. Not a good experience.
