We bought a mobed in March 16th. They said the bike was not available and then would not return the money. We have been on the phone with them every day and now they are just not answering our calls. They kept saying it would be back in the bank in a few days but would not give us a transaction code. Now they just don't talk. Leave us on hold until we hang up. This is a bad bad company out to rob anyone that they can. They are protected by the law and the action is a civil matter and you have to go to court to get them. None of us have that kind of money. We should all ban together and go after them.

    I purchased an ATV from the company. It was not in working condition.
    4 months later the bike is still not in working condition, although they have sent me parts that they claim is the problem.
    The company never phone back.
    Very bad customer service.
