I cut out sugar and carbs, and drink your yummy mix every morning. I have it after coffee & breakfast, on my way to work. It tastes delicious and with the changes I have made in my daily eating habits, and your veggie strawberry mix, I have so much more energy than before. I am postmenopausal, & was feeling drained, a lack of energy. I am feeling back to my old self, with much more energy. I get so much more accomplished in a day, now. Thank you Tony! Many Blessings! I have followed Tony since 2005. I have trusted his expertise to guide me thru my fitness journey. He has never let me down. So when I read about his new Foundation Four product I decided I needed to purchase this product. I have been using it now for approximately 8 months. I feel that the product has improved my bodily functions and is a great supplement to my existing regimen. I am 60 years old now and I still get complimented on how young I look for my age. As of my writing this review, I will have been using this for almost one month. While in my first week I really did not notice anything; now I am. Remember every human body is different, and will respond differently. Excess abdominal fat is lessening or you can say it is shrinking. I have noticed I have dropped a couple of pounds. My energy level is rising. Hence why I find myself waking up around 5:30 in the morning. Strength wise I know I am getting stronger. I find I can workout longer and do more at the gym. I wonder how I will be when I reach my third container?

I have been using the high impact protein powder and do feel, and see, that there are results. However my big issue is the high cost and small
Amount that you get in each jar(15 days supply and only half filled. $150/month bucks is a boat load of money. And the chocolate flavor is *** good in the whey mix, not very good at all with the plant based one. Also taking the Endurance daily and am not sure if it's doing that much for me. At least the cost is more reasonable for a months supply. Still debating on wether to continue or just go back to the regular protein powders.

Since I have been drinking Foundation Four I have definitely felt a difference in my health and digestion. I'm going to keep using it and let it assist me towards my goal of weight loss and overall general health. I'm 47 years old, I've been retired from Active Duty Air Force for two years and looking to get back into service shape. My only, small complain is that it does not taste good at all. I will say this, I was joking with my wife the other night, it's got to be good for you, because it tastes so bad. Thanks Tony! I've been a fan of yours since Power 90! You have kept me in shape most of my Air Force career. Thanks again.

I wasn't sure how I'd like this product but I can honestly say that this protein is pretty AMAZING! What's most impressive is that I can notice a difference in the texture of my skin. My legs don't seem to have that creppy look to them. The only workout I have time to get is a work (Uber Eats) running up and flights of stairs, in and out of buildings, walking mile long hallways, and just keeping my body in motion. I'd love to one day get into body building and this product will definitely be one of my go to ingredients. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I'd love to share more but I've gotta go run and get these deliveries started!

I really like the product, I'm not sleepy all the time anymore, but I having gotten the power to start exercising, probably because of my on laziness though lol. I also like that I'm not losing any weight because I would like to maintain my side or even gain 5 more pounds. that's the main reason I will like to start weight training so I can build lean muscle and still not look skinny. I've always been sort of solid, I weight 150 but look smaller, people always think I weight way less. My problem are; my arms to big, my thighs to small not to firm yet, I would like big tight calves, and my stomach has never been flat but at time appear flat

My sister and I both love what Tony's protein powder is doing for us. We are both down a little more than 15 pounds in only 3 months. Not much to many but to us thats huge since nothing ever worked. We love the chocolate flavor! We've also noticed that we are craving more healthy foods instead of the *** we would normally eat. Everything about this drink is terrific! I will be 55 in less than a week. My goal is to be down 50 or more pounds this time next year. Once the heat and humidity settles down here in Wisconsin I will be hitting the bike trails. Find *** Horton products vegan powder, endurance, and Foundation Four to be adequate products. I've used them for 90 days and though I can feel a difference, I don't feel enough of a difference compared to the High price. I am searching for just as good of a product as less cost. Foundation Four product is astronomical and I don't notice a BIG change in my digestion, endurance seems to help me sweat more at the gym but doesn't seem to extend my workout time or strength. Vegan Protein Powder seems good but I'm sure I can find just as good a product for less money. Did I return these products? No because the 90 days are up. Will I reorder and of these 3 products? No is also my answer

I've been taking Foundation 4 for just about 2 weeks and Endurance for just under a month. Since taking the F4 I've noticed a nice little jump in my overall energy and mental acuity throughout the day. I am not a great sleeper so it's really been helpful in keeping me going during the day and I think that is slowly starting to help me sleep a little better. The Endurance is starting to show in the way of a little less workout fatigue, and I suspect it may be working in conjunction with F4. I've heard it can take a couple months to really start feeling the benefits of Endurance, so I'll be interested to see what impact it might have longer term. All in all though, I'm very pleased with the early results of these products.

I am 46 years old/male and have started the high impact protein powder in my smoothies for the last 1 month now. I take 1 spoonful each day and I also work out 3 times a week in gym with 10 to 12 miles of run each week. At the very start, I felt more energy and felt a difference in the first week. Definitely had been euphoric with a wow feel. Now it has more or less stabilized in my routine. I think I feel subtle difference in my overall energy and post workout recovery but not to a point that I would love to have. There still are some aches and pains that I would like to see go away. Overall I am so far happy with the product and will continue to have it for another couple of months to see if I feel more energetic with less aches and pain.

I'm 50 yrs old and in March I had a full knee replacement. I heard Tony's commercial on Facebook. Usually I swipe past those but I just happen to hear this one and heard how he got sick which completely had me engrossed in the story especially when it talked about the trials. So I ordered it and tried it. 4 weeks after my surgery I received order and started it right away. I do one shake a day. After the first two days I felt better. I was on a walker the 3 and 4th week post op. By the 5th week I was using a cane by the 6th week I was using nothing and 7th week I had a 117 degree bend on my knee whereas at week 5 I barely had 90. At week 8 post op I went on vacation to New Orleans and walked the French Quarter for 3 days and rode a bike one day. Came home on my 9th week and during pt I have a 130degree bend on my knee. This has been the best protein shake I've ever used for muscle repair and surgery recovery ever!

I was in the early stages of recovering from a surgery that went horribly wrong, nearly killing me. As a result I lost 30lbs of fat and muscle in about 2 weeks post surgery. When Tony learned of my situation he called me and we talked for at least an hour. Prior to this the only communication I had with Tony was through occasional one line posts in his various workout groups on Facebook. As a result of our conversation Tony did 2 things; 1) provide me with several Power Life products including High Impact Plant Protein, Foundation Four, High Impact Endurance, High Impact Performance, Foundation Digest and Peak Advantage, 2) take time out of his scheduled vacation to drop by for a visit; a visit that lasted 3 hours!

Tony's supplements are an integral part of my daily recovery process. Foundation Four has had a profound regulatory & calming effect on my digestive system thanks to the Pre and Pro Biotics. It also provided me with the crucial servings of vegetable and magnesium, especially during the weeks post surgery that I was on a strict liquid/soft food diet.

The High Impact Plant Protein prevented further muscle loss at the beginning and now plays a vital role rebuilding lean muscle since being cleared to return to resistance training. Frankly, I'm surprised at how rapidly I'm regaining muscle and strength!

The cumulative effects of these supplements have undoubtedly enhanced and no doubt accelerated my recovery! 3 months post surgery, I am much stronger, have more energy, noticeably improved and reduced troublesome digestive issues and an overall sense of greatly improved physical and mental wellbeing. My primary physician described my recovery progress as "remarkable" during a 2 month post surgery exam.
