Pos Malaysia Berhad — parcel not receive - urgent
To whom may concern,
Please assist on this issue as one of my parcel have been missing since 4th August as per below transaction and I did clarify and call up Pos Malaysia office (03-[protected]) One of your staff said that the consignment note on me parcel went missing( how can it be possible where I wasn't notify when is missing?) hence there is no delivery made to me. I did call up several times since WEDNESDAY(8/8) consecutively to follow up and your staff keep saying that will get back to me without a timeline. Hence, in my parcel have been at Pos laju Cheras for almost a week now and no feedback on this matter. This has to be solve asap as my items in it is very valuable. The tracking no : ER [protected] MY.
FYI, there is always been parcel missing due to the consignment been ben detach from the parcel.Please rectify this issue and call me soonest. (ESTHER-[protected])
