POP Telecom review: Absolutely appalling

On changing over to POP, I found it to be utterly useless. An internet speed check showed a download speed of less than 1Mbs. Despite numerous contacts including them resetting the router it did not improve. Changing to a Vodaphone router on exactly the same system gave a download speed of 76Mbs. This indicates how utterly useless their equipment is. Despite having failed to provide the contracted service they have charged an enormous cancellation fee which I consider verging on fraud. I would advise anybody to avoid them.
