PoolWeb

PoolWeb is a pretty bad website, man. I thought I could get something out of it but they took my money and I didn't get anything in return. It's such a bummer because I really wanted to get some cool stuff for my pool, but now I gotta look elsewhere for a trustworthy source.

The website itself is kinda confusing and hard to navigate. I mean, it looks nice and professional and all, but it's just hard to find what you're looking for. And when you do finally find what you want, it's always out of stock or something.

I've had a couple of bad experiences with PoolWeb and I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. The customer service is pretty terrible too. They never respond to emails and they don't have a phone number you can call. What kind of company does that?

Honestly, there are probably better pool websites out there that are more reliable and easier to use. Don't waste your time and money on PoolWeb like I did. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

PoolWeb got some products missin' parts, it's increasin' the advertised cost by 30% to get the whole package. Gotta beware, folks, like with them solar pool cover clips from PoolWeb, the reel clips are missin'. Might need to buy 'em separately.

So, I wanted to get some pool supplies from PoolWeb (poolweb.com) website, and I gotta tell ya, I'm not really impressed with their shipping policy. Let me explain, if you pony up the dough for next day shipping, you'd think you'd get your pool goodies stat, right? Wrong! Unfortunately, it seems like it doesn't really matter if you do that or not, because they may use the fancy next day postal service, but they still like to take their sweet time getting your stuff out of their store. I mean, what's the point of paying extra, am I right? Needless to say, I won't be using them again, and I suggest to anyone reading this, to think twice before ordering from them.

This website ain't no good, it's all full of fibs and falsehoods. I tried to order some stuff and I got a message saying that my order was cancelled coz of some information on the site being wrong. They got all the stuff I wanted in stock, but they still wouldn't give me what I paid for. What kind of bunk is that?

So, I went to PoolWeb to order some pool equipment that was marked "in stock". I was excited to finally get my hands on them. But to my dismay, when I talked to their customer service, they said that the items weren't actually available. After waiting for two months, we finally received the products. But then, we were slapped with a whopping restocking fee! It was outrageous! We were so disappointed that we felt like PoolWeb had stolen over $200 of our money, and we were left with a very bad taste in our mouths. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from PoolWeb again. Just a heads up, everyone, be careful when ordering from this website.

PoolWeb was not a great experience for me when I ordered a vital component for my swimming pool. I wanted to receive it quickly, and they promised the delivery would arrive the following day. I was glad to hear it, especially with a busy weekend at the pool coming up, but there was no delivery on the next day. Instead, it wasn't until Monday that the package finally arrived.

I found out later that the shipping company was not capable of delivery over the weekend, and PoolWeb knew that beforehand but still gave me false promises. I was quite disappointed, as it meant missing out on a vital weekend of pool activities. The FedEx charge of $38.00 added to my frustration.

Even though the part was the right one and eventually arrived, I don't think I'll use PoolWeb again. The quality of the product may be good, but if I can't have a reliable delivery, it's just not worth it. Better to shop elsewhere with more dependable shipping and no added fees.

So I been waiting for my pool stuff from PoolWeb for over a month. Two dang emails they done sent me talking about how the delivery gonna be late. I don't get why they can't just tell me that something outta stock before I place the order. Now I gotta wait a whole extra month for my stuff to show up. It's frustrating that they talk about fast delivery but can't deliver on time. Maybe they need to get they act together and let folks know what's really going on before we order. Ain't nobody got time for all this waiting around.

So, I bought a hose from PoolWeb. I thought it was the right replacement hose from sand filter to pump, but it turned out not to be. They charged me $41.00 for it which was already a lot, but then I had to pay $8.00 to ship it back. They only gave me a refund of $24.00 and some change. So, that means that I spent $25.00 for nothing! I'm pretty frustrated right now and I think PoolWeb might just be a scam. Be careful if you plan on buying from them.

Yeah so, I gotta be real with y'all. I had to send back some stuff I got from PoolWeb and let me tell you, it was no easy task. They did not seem to give two hoots about me or my needs and, honestly, it was a pretty big bummer. Like, come on now, ain't nobody got time for that kind of poor customer service.

And let me tell you, it wasn't just their lack of concern for me. They also refused to take responsibility for their own mistakes. Like, if they mess something up, shouldn't they make it right? But nope, not with PoolWeb. They just leave you out to dry and it really rubs me the wrong way.

After all of that nonsense, I decided to take my business elsewhere and boy am I glad I did. I found the same darn parts for cheaper somewhere else! Can you believe that? So, yeah, y'all should probably steer clear of PoolWeb if you don't want to deal with a bunch of headaches.

I jus had my firs experience with PoolWeb and it was not great. I ordered a gasket to fix a leak in my pool and I had to wait a whole week for it to arrive. When it finally got here, I was disappointed to find that the gasket had a big gash in it. I was not happy about having to deal with the warranty department to try and figure this out.

But what really rubbed me the wrong way was how I couldn't leave a negative review on their site. It's like they only want to show the good stuff and don't care about the bad. I wanted to upload a picture of the gasket and my sales receipt but it wouldn't let me.

Overall, my experience with PoolWeb was subpar. I just hope they step up their game with customer service and handling negative reviews in the future.
