I've played poker for 60 years. No way that you can constantly get beaten by worse hands, 3 outers, sick inside draws, and almost always on the most crucial hands of game play. I do believe they have a cheating algorithm. I had nearly 1 billion in chips and since then I cannot beat even the worst poker player. And I've won numerous real money tournaments. It's sick how bad the Pokerstars robot dealers are. It is definitively rigged. Do not play here if you want to learn how to play poker or improve your game.

Oh, and by the way, you can no longer email Pokerstars support. They send you an automated message to log in to your account, go to Help, and use Contact to send messages. But, the link doesn't work of course! LOL so messed up.
I've been playing on this site for a few years and have not had a problem till recently. I use their play money platform and had won one tournament and placed in the money in a few others taking my acct. from 8M to over 30M in just a few days. I logged back on 5 days later to discover my account was back to below 10M. No support that I can find on their site. I guess that too much time had passed since I had purchased more chips and that was not profitable to them since I play 250K at a time usually 5-6 times a week. So sad it used to be above suspicion. And where do you contact customer support?
