KamaGames review: This game is trash

I’ve never been more frustrated with a mobile game than Pokerist by Kama Games. In my opinion, this app feels designed to push players into spending more money while taking absolutely no responsibility when something goes wrong. The gameplay often feels incredibly unfair, the “luck” can seem impossible to believe, and it leaves you wondering whether you’re playing poker or just feeding a machine that’s designed to empty your wallet.

What makes it even worse is customer support. When you raise legitimate concerns, you get canned responses, no meaningful investigation, and no accountability. If you’ve spent real money on this game, don’t expect them to treat you like a valued customer.

I’ve spent enough time and money on this app to say I’ll never give Kama Games another dollar. There are far better poker apps that actually respect their players.

If enough players have had similar experiences involving purchases, missing items, or other issues, I think those experiences deserve to be documented and reviewed. Companies shouldn’t be allowed to ignore legitimate customer complaints while continuing to profit from them.
