DO NOT USE

I called them out for a tenant with boiler issues (30/11/23) - EA227 WORCESTER BOILER.

They missed the first appointment by about 3/ 4 hours without any communication

When they eventually came late they said the fix would take over an hour and £x charge. Then when I called the tenants, the engineer had only been 15 there for minutes and gone and they're trying to overcharge me.

The work they did did not fix the issue.

They missed multiple further appointments over multiple days.

They ignored calls they ignored messages.

They said an engineer was coming out and he never did.

They said they could only contact the guy called Scott, who is the only person that could speak to the engineers and no one else could help.

How can a plumbing company work if no one can contact their engineers to see where they are?

They took my money and stopped answering any contact at all.

They then blocked my number so I couldn't call-in to find out where my money was and to get a refund.

They have offered a refund, haven't got it yet

The employee said that Stuart the manager would get in touch with me, and he didn't

I then had to call off my wife's phone and then the guy said that they were processing the refund. I still haven't received the refund.

I said I still wanted to speak to the manager to talk to them about the terrible service I was provided and this Scottish man hung up on me and then blocked my wife's number too.
