I took 3 bags of name brand clothes, one bag was completely full of jeans that are name brand and boutique jeans all in very good condition, they took 8 items out of three bags of clothes. The workers looking though the clothes never texted me when the clothes were ready. I took them in at 5 pm never got a text, went back in at 715 asked if they were ready the girl barely paid attention and said no, come back at 815 just to have all my things given back to me. The workers going through the clothes might have been able to remember to send me a text message if they were more focused on doing their job then looking at their phone screen. It's a little frustrating when I see clothes that have stains, extreme wear or FROM WALMART hanging on the racks but clothes I've spent good money on that are in style and In very good condition are just handed back to me. I will NOT be going back to Plato's Closet at this location ever again. Absolutely ridiculous!
