Two weeks ago, I brought in 3 large bags on clothes to the CARY NC location, most were well known name brands like Coach and Michael Kors. I was told to come back by end of close, but it was a holiday weekend, and I didn't make it back in time. I did get two texts to come back or they would donate what they didn't want. (Far enough) I returned a week later (My fault) BUT I wasn't prepared from them to say they only kept three items totaling $28! They took the rest and donated along with MY GARMETS BAGS! The Coach shoes where worth $90 alone. Lesson learned but wanted to let ppl know not to bring your clothes to this location.
Recommendation: Don't bring your clothes to this location

Oh nooo, not the Coach shoes! $28 for three items when one pair of shoes alone was worth $90? That stings. Look, I get that you came back late — life happens, holiday weekends get messy — but donating your actual bags and the rest of your stuff without a clearer warning? That’s rough. Plato’s Closet is supposed to be fun, not feel like a heist. Thanks for the heads up — seriously. You just saved someone else from walking in with their Michael Kors and walking out with pocket change. On to the next consignment spot. You live, you learn, you warn the group chat.
