Plato's Closet review: incorrect procedures

My sibling were accused of stealing, when they did not visually see anything happen. They also asked to see their personal belongings, and found nothing. There was also cussing involved by the employees because my siblings were defending themselves. My siblings do not cuss so there was no need for the employees to do so. I understand that stealing does happen at times but they did not check cameras or even seen it happen with their own eyes, then they shouldn't have accused them.
