Pizza Ranch review: No pizza (among other items) at pizza ranch

Tonight (3-24-21) my mother, two sisters and I went to the Elkhorn Pizza Ranch at 5pm. There was no coffee, no eggs for the salad, no cottage cheese, limited pizza and out of potatoes wedges (I asked when we first got there at 5pm and she said "oh I'm not sure... maybe we are out" What... at 5pm you're out of food... later they filled them. Mashed potatoes and gravy also ran out and was not replaced. Other people were talking amongst themselves as to the terrible condition. I asked multiple times to get coffee for my mom, which we never received! Another couple when seeing the condition of the buffet left and got their money back. Another woman and her children ordered a pizza and never received it... This is unbelievable that you pay over $12 and there is no food... Also, there is no ice cream... Also, the help there wasn't stellar... I asked politely for items and they all said they would have to check in back... Then nothing happened...
Totally terrible service...
