Pit Boss Grills review: Pit Boss competition series smoker

I keep getting ErL code when trying to use the brand new (Christmas) smoker. I clean out Pellets completely, vacuum out botton, Clean all parts and dry completely before putting back together. I sift all the dust out of the Pellets before filling with the suggested sifter. I continue to be frustrated as now the smoker starts cycle and smokw billows out but within 20 minutes, ERL code appears.
