I placed an order 10 weeks ago, and have not received any of the swimwear I ordered, their customer service is shocking and constantly get the same answers… pretty sure it’s a robot response.

The website is misleading and say items will be shipped 24hrs later! Like many others this seems to be on going for a lot of customers that have purchased from them.

I have since asked for a refund which also still has not been given.

I’m not looking at making a formal complaint to the tribunal as this website has scammed me of $180!

Back in April of 2023, I ordered 2 bikini tops and a bottoms. I paid $180.00 for them and express shipping. The customer service email started of by saying that it would be 5-7 weeks, after that amount of time I received an email from them saying that they are not making it anymore. I then started to ask for a refund. They sent me several emails asking me to choice something different but I didn’t want anything else. I had to start getting demanding about my refund. It’s at the point we’re I send them daily emails demanding my money back. They continue my ask me to be patient, and it’s very offensive I’ve been patient for 4 months! I want my money back!
