I placed an order 10 weeks ago, and have not received any of the swimwear I ordered, their customer service is shocking and constantly get the same answers… pretty sure it’s a robot response.

The website is misleading and say items will be shipped 24hrs later! Like many others this seems to be on going for a lot of customers that have purchased from them.

I have since asked for a refund which also still has not been given.

I’m not looking at making a formal complaint to the tribunal as this website has scammed me of $180!

I gotta say, I'm a huge fan of PINKCOLADA. I've already got my hands on three of their bikini sets and I can't get enough of them. The quality is always top-notch and I've never been let down by their products. I've been keeping an eye out for when they'll update their one-piece section because I'm sure it'll be just as amazing as everything else they offer.

I can't believe I fell for the hype of PINKCOLADA's swimsuits. I mean, sure, they look cute and all, but is it really worth the wait? I ordered my swimsuit back in April, thinking I was being proactive for summer, but boy was I wrong. It's now July and I still haven't received my order. Every time I reach out to customer service, they give me the same canned response: "We apologize for the delay, your order will be shipped in another month." Another month?! Are you kidding me? I paid almost $100 for this swimsuit and I can't even wear it during the season it was intended for.

I understand that things happen and there may be delays, but this is just unacceptable. I could have easily gone to a local store and purchased a swimsuit that I could have worn all summer long. This company, PINKCOLADA, is really not good at responding to customers who need to return items. They seem to be thriving on keeping people's money and leaving them with bad suits. I had a really bad experience with them recently. I ordered a swimsuit from them and when it arrived, the quality was really poor. It didn't even fit me properly, even though I ordered my normal size. I was really disappointed and wanted to return it for a refund.

However, when I tried to contact PINKCOLADA about returning the suit, they just ignored me. I tried emailing them, messaging them on social media, and even calling them, but they never responded. It's been almost three months now and I still haven't been able to return the suit or get my money back.

To make matters worse, the packaging was really sloppy. They just stuffed the suit into a bag with no packing slip or order number. This made it really difficult to return the suit, even if they had responded to me. I asked for a return order number, but they never gave me one.

I even posted on their social media pages, hoping to get a response, but they only seem to respond to comments about how nice their suits look. It's really frustrating and I would not recommend ordering from this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The quality of their products is also really poor and they overcharge for what you get. Save yourself the hassle and find a different company to order from.

Back in April of 2023, I ordered 2 bikini tops and a bottoms. I paid $180.00 for them and express shipping. The customer service email started of by saying that it would be 5-7 weeks, after that amount of time I received an email from them saying that they are not making it anymore. I then started to ask for a refund. They sent me several emails asking me to choice something different but I didn’t want anything else. I had to start getting demanding about my refund. It’s at the point we’re I send them daily emails demanding my money back. They continue my ask me to be patient, and it’s very offensive I’ve been patient for 4 months! I want my money back!
