Hello
There is NO customer service number for this company which is LUDICROUS, only E-mail.. I purchased a Grey Papasan Chair on MARCH 23rd on the Pier I Import website. I chose to pay over time with Affirm.
The chair was NEVER received. I contacted the e-mail customer service and was told in the chair had not been sent yet
The order was supposed to be CANCELLED last month in April. NO one contacted me from the company.
However I am supposed to PAY my first month's payment through Affirm!

Claimed loss: a loan with Affirm first payment is on May 3rd. I have contacted them as well.

Desired outcome: Want the LOAN to be CANCELLED via Affirm and an apology from Pier One Import
