Purchased 2018 Chevy Cruze LT on 17 June . With that purchase I purchased the maintenance package, extended warranty package, and glass protection package. Vehicle was not serviced prior to purchase. Called and oil was changed (ONLY). WAited on maintenance booklet to do service work. That has not happened. Had vehicle inspected and the air filter was not exchanged, the cabin filter was not exchanged. Both were unservicable and in my pocession for inspection. Tires were not rotated. Maintenance book not initially forwarded and waiting 4 weeks for another one of less vehicle quality. Vehicle was not cleaned prior to purchase. Fuel filter exchanged? 30,000 service not performed while in dealerships pocession.
