Purchased a 23,000 vehicle traded in my Jeep an added $7000 to the deal on an 08 f250 4x4 test drive the truck had a noise from underneath sales man told us they would take care of the issue no problems garrented the truck was in perfect condition after the papers were sined they said that one of the hubs were locked causing the issue we left an the issue was still the same called multiple times to have issue resolved an no answer finally spoke with service manager an he never called back then 2 days later the vehicle stated having head gasket issue wich is a $4000 repair not to Minton the $700 issue I called about in the first place this vehicle we purchased less than a month ago an have barley put 1500 miles on an havnt even received the title yet an this is the way they do business checked there reviews on google an Facebook I'm for sure not the first person or will I be the last I'm sure they are crooks

I purchased a Ram 1500 pick up truck on 1/16. After reviewing the paperwork I felt things about the Master Tech Protection Plan, Recover Key and Master Tech Theft Protection were not what I wanted. I requested they be cancelled on 1/17. I contacted two people about this, *** via email and I called Rashad Middlebrooks, the financing manager for my purchase. He said he would cancel it but it would happen through the loan and it may take a few months. I have since learned that both individuals are no longer with the company and no refund has been given. Total of refund should be $2,571 for the 3 products I cancelled. I was able to contact Rashad on 6/15 and he said he had summited the paperwork and then asked me to fill out paperwork again. I learned on 6/21 that he is no longer with the company. I was told the store manager *** would be the one to help me, left voice mail. There has been no return call.
