I took my car in for repairs on April 15th. I needed to get my rear brakes fixed. They did a good job on the brakes. They scraped up all 4 of my wheels very badly. When I picked it up on April 16th, the rims were scratched up and it looked like there was oil on them to camouflage the scratches. They were on all 4 rims. We spoke to the technician and manager and they said they will review the tape to see what may have happened. They contacted us on April 23rd and said that they were not responsible for the damage. They told me that we can review the footage and they would send it to us. They never did. Now it seems that no one will talk to us. There were no scratches when we dropped it off to them

I have a 1999 Chevy S10. It is my most prized possession and take great care of it. The trim is molding on the passenger door and barely hanging on. I called Don Brown and spoke to Body Shop and asked to have the trim taken off and reglued. She said it would be about $100 and it would be double sided tape. She mentioned doing it myself and call a local place to get it. I called and could not get smaller amount than 25 ft so I called back and said I would bring it in. A black haired guy who I thought was named *** came out and looked at it. I showed him the issue. He said estimate of $187. He noticed something else was wrong and told me $273. I didn't think much of it except maybe he did math wrong. He took the original estimate and shredded it. Said to bring the truck on 10th which I did. *** was on the phone. He never came out. A blonde haired gentlemen started talking to me about it and said it would be about an hour. They came out and busted the S10 emblem for $60 I could buy a sticker and I said no and just asked for my truck back. They said they already got the trim off. Asked me to come back at noon. He had my trim in his hand and threw it on the ground. I was speechless. I called when I got home because I did not want to cause a scene in the body shop. I said I wanted the original trim put back on. He said I told you we bought new trim. I said I never even dealt with you before! He said my name is ***. I said well I assumed the black haired man's name was ***. I paid for it because they wouldn't give me my truck back if I didn't. I then noticed a 4.5 inch by .5 inch gauge in the metal right by the trim on my door. They said it was like that, which is not true. I asked for them to pull the cameras
