I ordered a dress using the measurements on their website. I had checked the return policy and their website says that you can return the item if it is the incorrect size. The dress was very small on me. I tried starting a return and got the blue screen of death several times. I tried the "contact us" form. They have never contacted me. I have tried contacting them three times and I have never gotten a response. If I could I would give them negative stars.

So, I gotta tell you about my experience with Veaul. Listen, I paid extra to get my dress shipped quick. You know, I had a special event coming up. And what did they do? They took almost a whole month just to get it shipped out! Can you believe that? And you wanna know the worst part? I still ain't even got the dress!

So, I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with Veaul. I ordered some shoes back in September of 2022, and let me tell you, their customer service department is non-existent. I mean, I tried everything to get in touch with them, but they just wouldn't respond. It's like they don't even care about their customers! So, if you're thinking about buying something from Veaul, you better be darn sure that you want it, because once you buy it, you're on your own. Don't make the same mistake I did!

I done ordered a sweet dress from Veaul on March 5th, tryna get it here in time for my prom on April 2nd. They said they'd ship it in 1 to 2 weeks - cool, fine by me. But then it didn't show up until April 12th! That really put a damper on my prom and I was so not feeling good about it. So, like, if you want to order from Veaul, I'd say give yourself at LEAST two months so you don't end up like me.

Buuuuuut, about the dress itself - it's bangin! It looks just like the pic and for the price, yo, it's a steal. So if you got that much time to wait, Veaul's got some good stuff.
