I ordered a dress using the measurements on their website. I had checked the return policy and their website says that you can return the item if it is the incorrect size. The dress was very small on me. I tried starting a return and got the blue screen of death several times. I tried the "contact us" form. They have never contacted me. I have tried contacting them three times and I have never gotten a response. If I could I would give them negative stars.

I was so scared to order a dress from Veaul, especially after reading some of the reviews. But I decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did! The dress arrived in just 2.5 weeks and it's exactly what we wanted. My daughter is over the moon with it.

I did see a lot of people complaining about the customer service, and I have to admit, I did ask a question and didn't get a response. But honestly, for the price we paid, I can't really complain. The dress is beautiful and fits my daughter perfectly.

But then it didn't show up until April 12th! That really put a damper on my prom and I was so not feeling good about it. So, like, if you want to order from Veaul, I'd say give yourself at LEAST two months so you don't end up like me.

Buuuuuut, about the dress itself - it's bangin! It looks just like the pic and for the price, yo, it's a steal. So if you got that much time to wait, Veaul's got some good stuff.

That's when I found out that I could only get my money back from Paypal if I sent the two dresses I had received back to Veaul myself - at my own expense - and only after Veaul confirmed receipt of the goods. This seemed like a huge hassle, and I didn't think it was fair that I had to pay for their mistake. What a joke.

In the end, I decided to just cut my losses and move on. I didn't want to deal with Veaul anymore. It was a huge waste of time and money, and I was incredibly disappointed by the whole experience. If you're thinking of buying from Veaul, I would seriously reconsider. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't even bother to reply to their customers. It's just a real shame.
