Multiple jogger sets and windbreaker sets
I received my order October 31. The package had a missing windbreaker set I paid for and the sweat pants on the other sets I did receive were incorrect in size.
I reach out to them for resolution and they ignored me the “customer” they are 100% scammers and they are up selling shipping cost among other issues and are just all around unprofessional.
Claimed loss: 170.00
Desired outcome: Very poor experience. Would not recommend Suntees.
I’d recommend using a more trusted wholesaler Suntees representative are very unprofessional.

I bought some clothes from Sun Tees Inc. but only got a few things. I told *** and they said the package was lost. They sent a claim form to Sun Tees for my refund, but Sun Tees won't reply to anyone. I can't get in touch with Sun Tees and it's been six months. The owner blocked my number and won't pick up. I heard about you guys and I hope you can help me. I'm owed almost $500 and that's a lot. Thanks for your help.

I ordered from Suntees for $122 on May 20th. They gave me a tracking number on May 21st and said it would take 2-6 days to arrive. On May 24th, I checked the website and it said there was no information yet. I contacted them on May 26th and they said they made a label but didn't send anything. I called Suntees and the lady said I needed to talk to the boss and hung up. I called back three times and she didn't answer. Someone else called and got the same response. I've been calling and no one answers or calls back. I want my money back. I should have read the reviews before ordering because this seems to happen a lot.
I order on the 7th still ain’t got my package or refunds back also no one has write me back how long does it take to respond
