Cotton Traders Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Cotton Traders: Failed Exchange and Hidden Fees

So, I had a bit of a problem with Cotton Traders. I needed to swap out an item for a different size, so I called them up (costs a bit to call, but what can you do?) and they said they'd send out the new one right away with Hermes. But, that didn't happen. Even though I sent the old one back, they took off 7 quid and gave me a refund instead - without telling me that I'd have to pay for delivery twice. And worst of all, they didn't even follow through on our agreement to exchange the item! Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed and I don't think I'll be shopping with Cotton Traders again.

Cotton Traders Disappointing Purchase: Cotton Traders Parka Style Coat Review

I recently got myself a special order parka style coat from Cotton Traders, and boy, was I in for a surprise! I snagged it for a cool ?30.00 instead of the original price of ?60.00, but I should have known better. The coat is a complete disaster. It makes a crackling noise when I wear it, and it feels like a cheap carrier bag. I only tried it on once, and I'm too embarrassed to wear it out in public. If I had seen this coat in a store, I wouldn't have bought it even if it was on sale for ?5. The fact that it was supposed to retail for ?60.00 is just ridiculous.

To make matters worse, the coat doesn't even state where it was made. I'm guessing nobody wanted to admit they actually made it. I'm extremely disappointed with my purchase and will not be buying from Cotton Traders again. It's a shame because I've heard good things about their products, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Cotton Traders False Advertising: CottonTraders Sells Only Polyester Shirts

So, I was browsing through CottonTraders website and I was looking for a shirt to buy. I thought to myself, "Oh, this company must sell cotton shirts, right?" But when I checked the description of every shirt, I was surprised to find out that they were all made of 100% polyester. I mean, seriously? How can a company call themselves "CottonTraders" when they don't even sell cotton products? Polyester is just plastic, and it's not even close to being as good as natural materials like cotton or silk.

I was really disappointed because I was hoping to find a nice cotton shirt, but all I found were these cheap polyester ones. And to make matters worse, they were over ?30 each! I mean, come on, that's way too expensive for a shirt made of such a cheap material. I could get a much better quality shirt made of cotton or silk for the same price or even less.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend CottonTraders to anyone looking for high-quality clothing made of natural materials. If you're looking for cheap polyester shirts, then sure, go ahead and check them out. But if you want something that's actually worth your money, then look elsewhere.

Cotton Traders Disappointed with Cotton Traders' Customer Service and Loyalty to Customers

So, I recently made an order on Cotton Traders' website and unfortunately, I made a mistake by ordering the wrong size tracksuit bottoms. I've been a loyal customer of Cotton Traders for the past two months and have spent over ?500 on their clothes. I immediately contacted them within an hour of placing the order, hoping they would be able to change the size for me. However, to my disappointment, they refused to do so and told me that I would have to go through the process of returning the joggers.

Come on, Cotton Traders, where is your customer service and loyalty to your customers? The gear is still with you, and it wouldn't have been a big deal to change the size for me. This experience has left me feeling quite disappointed, and I don't think I'll be dealing with this company again or parting with any more of my money.

I understand that mistakes happen, but it's how a company handles those mistakes that really sets them apart from the rest. Unfortunately, Cotton Traders didn't handle this situation well, and it's a shame because I really liked their clothes. Cotton Traders Mixed Experience with Cotton Traders: Slow Delivery and Refund Hassles

I gotta say, I had a pretty mixed experience with Cotton Traders. I mean, I ordered a bunch of stuff from them the first time around, and it took a hot minute for it all to arrive. But hey, I wasn't in any rush, so no biggie.

The thing is, I ended up only keeping two of the items I ordered, and I sent the rest back over two months ago. And let me tell you, trying to get my refund has been a real headache. On one hand, I absolutely love the quality of their products - I ordered a coat for myself and was so impressed that I decided to order another one as a Christmas gift for a friend. However, when I called to place the order, I was met with the most unhelpful woman I have ever spoken to.

First of all, she seemed annoyed when I asked for a promotional code. Then, she asked me for the tiny printed AD code on the label, which I had trouble finding. After I finally gave her my card details, I asked if I could pay for faster delivery to ensure that the coat would arrive in time for Christmas. She responded with a curt "no sorry," but her tone was so rude that it was clear she didn't actually care about helping me.

Honestly, I don't know where Cotton Traders finds these people. It's not that difficult to be polite and helpful, especially when you're working in customer service. So, I had a bit of a rough time with Cotton Traders in the past and I swore I'd never give them another go. But, I was on the hunt for the perfect pair of shorts and lo and behold, they were the only ones that fit the bill. So, I decided to take a chance and order from them again. Boy, was that a mistake!

I shelled out for their express delivery because I needed those shorts for the weekend. They promised me a delivery time of 2 working days from the order date. Well, it's now been 3 days and the weekend is almost here. I tried calling them up, but the wait time was ridiculous and it cost me a pretty penny at 7p per minute. So, I decided to shoot them an email instead. But all I got was a standard reply saying they'd get back to me within 3 days. Talk about frustrating!

Honestly, I'm really disappointed with Cotton Traders and I don't think I'll be giving them a third chance. It's just not worth the hassle.

I have to say, my experience with Cotton Traders has been less than satisfactory. I placed an order with them and was informed that it would take a whopping 7 weeks for delivery. Now, I understand that sometimes things can take a while to arrive, but what really got me was that they charged my card immediately. I mean, come on! I'm paying in advance for something that I haven't even seen yet. It's like they're making money off of the interest on orders they haven't even fulfilled yet.

So, I decided to call customer service to see if there was any way to expedite the process. The representative I spoke to was less than helpful. He basically told me that I should have read the fine print and that it was their policy to charge upfront. When I tried to explain my frustration, he was downright rude. I mean, I get it, customer service can be a tough job, but there's no need to be disrespectful.

To make matters worse, when I tried to leave a review on their website, I discovered that I had been blocked from doing so. It's like they don't want to hear any negative feedback. I mean, isn't that the whole point of reviews? To give honest feedback so that other customers can make informed decisions?

It's been over 6 weeks now and I still haven't received my order. I'm starting to wonder if it will ever arrive. Meanwhile, Cotton Traders has had my money this whole time. It's just not right. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Cotton Traders Frustrating experiences with Cotton Traders: Slow, Rude, and Incompetent Customer Service

I have had some frustrating experiences with Cotton Traders, and I would not recommend them if you are looking for quick and courteous service. I have ordered from them three times in the past year, and each time I have encountered some issues.

On my first order, I purchased ten pairs of trousers, all the same style. However, two pairs were a size too small, even though the label said they were the correct size. This was disappointing, as I had ordered them for a specific event and had to find a replacement at the last minute.

My second order was for some shorts for a holiday. Unfortunately, they took over two weeks to arrive, which meant that I didn't have them in time for my trip. I ended up having to buy some new shorts while I was away, which was an inconvenience.

My third order was for a blazer, a pair of trousers, and a shirt. However, when the package arrived, the shirt was out of stock, even though the website had said there were plenty available. Additionally, the blazer was missing, and I didn't receive it until a week later. This was particularly frustrating, as I had ordered the items for a funeral that I was planning to attend.

I was looking for some new clothes online, specifically men's shorts and pants, when I stumbled upon Cotton Traders. I was immediately drawn to their offerings and decided to take a chance and place an order. While I did notice some negative reviews on their website, I figured that there may have been some hiccups that were resolved.

Unfortunately, I soon found myself in the same boat as many others who had ordered from Cotton Traders. My package was nowhere to be found, and I was left chasing my order with no response from the company. However, I did receive a call from a representative named Mick who assured me that my package would be delivered soon. Given the current state of the world with COVID-19, I figured that orders were likely running behind.

Despite Mick's assurances, my package still hadn't arrived by 05/11/2020, and I was unable to get in touch with anyone at Cotton Traders. To make matters worse, my order number had disappeared from their website. I was left with no choice but to work with my bank to reverse the charges.

However, I was pleasantly surprised when my package finally arrived. I realized that I should have taken shipping times into consideration, especially given the distance and current circumstances. While the material of the clothes I ordered does fade easily, I was impressed with the fit and style. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase from Cotton Traders, despite the initial frustration.

Cotton Traders Cotton Traders order 100QJA0053423522-Late arrival

Ordered a shirt from Cotton Traders Friday 15th September with order confirmed that same day. Extra cost involved for express delivery.

Notified by courier "Evri" as follows:

Sat 16th September 2023 at 1304 hours - Expecting arrival of order.

Sun 17th September 2023 at 0934 hours - Order being processed.

Mon 18th September 2023 at 0309 hours - Order at delivery depot.

If that is express delivery, Cotton Traders need to change their couriers ,and in the meantime then have lost another dis-satisfied ustomer who will not use Cotton Traders again,

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and a refund of the fee charged for express delivery, and also the option to return if it proves to be unsuitable in any manner,

Cotton Traders Unhappy with Cotton Traders: Overcharged and Unsatisfied with Returns

So, I bought some coats from Cotton Traders for ?128. But when I got them, they didn't fit right. So, I sent them back and only got ?121 back. What's up with that? And on top of that, they charged me for delivery and returns. I mean, come on, in this day and age of online shopping, that's just not cool. I'm not happy about it at all.

Cotton Traders Cotton Traders Review: Disappointed with Lack of Cotton and Transparency

So, I ordered 16 things from Cotton Traders and only one of them was actually made of cotton. I was pretty disappointed because I thought I was getting a bunch of cotton clothes, but nope. And the worst part is that they don't even tell you what the fabric is on their website. Like, come on, give us some info! And then when I asked them about it, they gave me some lame excuse about how cotton isn't always the best choice for certain items. Like, okay, but maybe put that on your website so people know what they're buying? Anyway, I ended up with a bunch of acrylic jumpers and stuff that I could have just bought on Amazon. Not impressed.

Cotton Traders Poor Customer Service and Late Delivery: My Disappointing Experience with Cotton Traders

Cotton Traders to anyone.

I recently ordered some items from Cotton Traders for my upcoming holiday. I paid ?5.95 for 2 working day delivery, as I needed the items urgently. However, to my disappointment, the items arrived a day later than expected, which meant that I missed the chance to include them in my holiday packing. This was really frustrating and disappointing.

To make matters worse, I found it really difficult to contact Cotton Traders to express my concerns. The only way to get in touch with them was through the phone, which was not convenient for me as I was on the go and didn't have access to a phone at all times. Cotton Traders Disappointed with Cotton Traders' ankle boots - quality concerns

So, I've been buying stuff from Cotton Traders for a while now and I gotta say, I'm a bit disappointed with the quality of their ankle boots. I mean, I've had two pairs in the last few years and both of them had their soles collapse within months. That's just not good enough, you know? I mean, I wear my boots to work three days a week and I would expect them to last a bit longer than that.

Anyway, I'm about to send an email to Cotton Traders with some photos of my current pair of boots. Hopefully they'll be able to sort something out for me. I mean, I like their stuff and all, but if they can't make a decent pair of boots then what's the point, right?

Cotton Traders Disappointed with Cotton Traders' Customer Service and Faulty Product

I've been shopping at Cotton Traders for a long time now. Recently, I bought a pair of their cotton trousers and was excited to wear them out. However, after only an hour of wearing them, I noticed that the colour had faded from green to gold. I was disappointed and frustrated, especially since I had only taken them out of the packaging two days prior.

When I contacted Cotton Traders about the issue, they refused to do anything about it. I was shocked and upset that they would treat a loyal customer in such a manner. It's a shame that they couldn't offer any sort of solution or compensation for the faulty product.

Cotton Traders Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Cotton Traders

I had a bit of a problem with Cotton Traders when I tried to change my order. I made a mistake and needed to change the delivery address, but it was a bit of a hassle. I had to wait for them to confirm the order, and then try to cancel it and re-order. But by then, it was already on its way, so it was too late. I couldn't email them, so I had to call them up. But they kept me on hold for ages, and then when I finally got through to someone, they couldn't help me anyway. It was really frustrating!

Overall, I think Cotton Traders could do a better job of handling customer service issues. It's not very convenient to have to call them up and wait on hold for ages, and then not even get the help you need. I hope they can improve in the future, because I do like their products and would like to continue shopping with them. But if they don't improve their customer service, I might have to look elsewhere.

Cottontraders website forces viewer to accept all cookies but one. Very unfriendly, anti customer attitute, therefore will move on and look elsewhere.
