RE: Peugeot 5008, VIN VF3MRHNSUPS102491 Power Operated Liftgate Retrofit

In reference to the above new Peugeot vehicle, purchased from TM VOZILA d.o.o., Zagreb, Croatia, I would appreciate your response regarding a retrofit I would like to consider – a power operated liftgate. Unfortunately, I purchased Allure Business package, which accordingly to my seller, does not include a power liftgate option. As the door is very heavy, I would like to retrofit it by adding the power option.

The distributor claims that in the Allure Business option, it is not possible to provide this retrofit, and that it is only possible in the GT version of the car. Yet, after reviewing the literature, I see that it is offered in some versions of the vehicle Allure Business.

Could you kindly let me know if this retrofit is possible, and if so, where in Croatia, or elsewhere in nearby countries, I can get this work done.
