Petronas - Petronas e voucher

I have bought 5 petronas e voucher, at rm20 each for petrol. In the link, I have seen that it was a programme participated by all petronas petrol station. However, I have visited 3 different petronas station in ipoh, perak, and told that they are not participating. It was very troublesome. Please make sure all petronas station are aware of this programme.

Staff yang biadap 2 kali saya panggil tiada respond, tinggikan suara pada coustmer terutama mak saya, sy isi Rm40 tapi kat mete pam Rm39.65 . terpakse buat report polis
staff petronas warga asing tersebut tidak langsung mengeluar kan kata-kata maaf sebaliknya lagi dia keluarkan penyukat dan memalukan saya depan guest yang berada disana dan saya tidak teragak untuk saman malu terhadap apa yang diperlakukan

Petronas - service

Hi. Just now I went to petronas ara damansara. I found out that you workers (cashier) are so rude to the customer. Just now, my dad made payment for fuel, but your bangla staff were so slow to make it. Then, when I come to the counter and asked "why so slow?" and your female staff "which pumps?!" with loud voice and so rude! Please improve your customer service!!!

Petronas boleh check balik CCTV, sebab minyak station tak boleh guna handphone, jadi tak dapat ambil gambar pekerja .

Saya harap petronas boleh mengambil tindakan yang sewajarnya terhadap pekerja tersebut dan elakkan daripada kes yang sama pada masa depan .

Petronas - rude cashier.

stop by to petronas taman dagang next to mcDonald. When it comes to paying, the female cashier busy 'gossip' to the guy next to her. its still okay. I give her money to pay, but when she wants to return the balance, shes simply 'balks' the balance over the counter. In fact, I gave her a paycheck right in her hand. why shes so rude? management team, please hire better people. I work with customer service too. when I gently reprimanded her to gave balance hand-to-hand for next time, she obviously shout something rude to me when i walk thru the door. Lucky her, i still have my patient. if I hadn't thrown this mineral bottle to her face. It's female, with scarf, around 920pm @ 30December2019.

Petronas - pump issue

Yesterday 14.11.2019 around [protected] i had go to one petronas station at:-
Address : 31700 Malim Nawar, Perak, Malaysia
Coordinate : 4.359598, 101.121882

By using credit card i fill fuel here, after when fully feel, the pump and the socket head from the pipe to the pump head are removed and the oil continues to flow continuously. I immediately looked for the emergency stop button on the machine but did not find the button. the oil kept flowing so that I was there and sprayed with a lot of oil. The pause was stopped after my wife informed the counter, so it was very dangerous because no maintanance had been made regarding the condition of the host pipe pump. and no emergency button.

Petronas - persiaran puncak jalil

I went to this petrol station pump petrol at pump no 9, due to the timing to work, I stop the pump at amount rm31.18. Then I drive the car toward petaling jaya.

After I reached bandar Kinrara and I have noticed my car petrol indicator still at the bottom low, and my car screen showing remaining petrol only can drive up to 38km.

Then I drive to shell petrol station to continue pump my petrol to ensure my car in good condition. Gratefully, the fuel indicator increase 2bar and remaining petrol show can drive 210km.

I returned to the petrol station at persiaran puncak jalil, the staff said no body complain and cannot take my complain. And no action can be take.

Please refund the unsupply petrol money.

Petronas - unprofessional staff

I would like to complain regarding unprofessional staff @ LOT 1, JALAN 41A/227A, PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR. ([protected]). NAME M.AZRI.

As i know this Cold Brew- Citrus isn't my taste at all (THIS DRINK TASTE THE WORST AMONG OTHERS CAN DRINK IN MALAYSIA). As he didn't tell me purchased 3 NESCAFE can drink can have (ONLY) THIS WORST TASTE DRINK AFTER I TOOK COLD BREW- LATTE. And he switched the drink without telling me while I went to get this 3 NESCAFE- MOCHA DRINK. and i bought it without knowing it.

I HOPE THIS KIND OF SERVICE CAN BE MORE PROFESSIONAL!

Kad Mesra saya diambik orang Semua point saya dari Kad no [protected] ditebus diPetronas Jln reko Kajang 4000 pt dan Seksyen 3 Bandar baru bangi 669 points Sila terminate kad tu yg didaftar atas nama Mohamad Hadzir Sukirman Saya dah buat kad baru dah daftar tapi tak ada respon maklum balas So Sila buat Tindakkan segera tutup ac kad saya yg curi dan dipakai Kad baru saya Guna point semua pergi ke kad lama TK

Petronas - mesin kad tidak dapat di gunakan

Saya ingin bertanya kepada pihak petronas.saya mengisi minyak di stesen tanjung aru kota kinabalu sabah pada 26.09.2019 jam 22.54.setibanya saya di sana saya menggunakan kad debit untuk pengisian minyak.tapi saya agak kecewa tidak dapat mengunakan kad debit tersebut tetapi tertera SILA MASUKAN KAD ANDA.kenapa hendak menyusahkan pengguna kalau mesin kad tersebut tidak dapat di gunakan.lebih baik di tiadakan sahaja mesin tersebut.menyusahkan pengguna sahaja bila tidak dapat digunakan.lalu saya berjalan ke kaunter untuk membuat pembelian minyak.saya bertanya kepada pekerja yang berada di kaunter kenapa saya tidak boleh gunakan kad mesin tersebut.dengan selamba nya pekerja tersebut memberikan jawapan yang kurang senang di hati saya.KENAPA TIDAK BOLEH PAKAI? saya plak di tanyakan soalan.patut ka saya di layan sedemikian?pekerja tidak mesra pelanggan.saya betul betul kecewa dengan petronas.

Petronas - rude petronas foreigners cashier.

12 September 2019, Friday.

Around 7.30pm, when I'm queuing at the PETRONAS cashier for 15 minutes, the foreigner worker totally ignore me when is my turn and serve the next customer behind me. I ask him why you serve others people instead of me? He didn't reply me anything and show me the angry face. May be the customer behind me was his friend but please lah, why let a rude foreigner become a cashier?

Petronas - petronas gift card

Staff from Petronas Dagangan Berhad is the worst in the industry. I'm not sure is their English failed or ability of understanding is a problem, been repeating few times asking them regarding receipt issue then they keep answer things is not related to it. Somemore a big company like Petronas doesnt even issue an official receipt, just a screenshot from Excel LOL what a joke..

Petronas - petronas seksyen 27 shah alam, lubang besar di jalan masuk

Pagi ini 13/9/2019, jam 645 pagi saya singgah ke petronas ini. Malang nya dalam keaddan masih gelap, tayar kereta saya melalui lubang yang besar ke jalan masuk petronas ini.
Saya beritahu kepada staff tentang lubang itu, dia kata ntah boss tak baiki.
Ini boleh rosakkan alignment kereta, malah amat bahaya kpd motosikal jika dlam keadaan gelap. amat bahaya dan boleh sebabkan kerosakan kenderaan.
Nampak sangat owner tak ambil kisah tak tidak menjaga keselamatan.
Mohon pergi check dan ambil tindakan.

Petronas - cancellation of interview.

Dear Human Resources,

I have received your email from Mohd Taufik Ngatman pertaining to the cancellation of the interview session which was scheduled at 11 am today (21/8/2019).

I was taken aback that the cancellation was due to the reason that I have no Degree Certificate which related to the advertised job. It is so unprofessional of you individually and company as a whole for your failure to properly check my education background before calling me for an interview.

I have taken Annual Leave from my current employer to attend to your interview session scheduled today. However due to your negligence, I have wasted my annual leave. Besides, I have spent whole day and night preparing for today's interview.

I do hope this kind of mistake will not ever happen again to other candidates who has put so much effort and hope to work with your esteemed Company. I understand it might be your company policy to only hire Degree holders despite vast experiences I have with Procurement Department, yet, this kind of mistake should not ever happened again.
