PetIQ I took my 2 dogs to the clinic 'cause they had skin allergies

I took my 2 dogs to the clinic 'cause they had skin allergies. They said it would be $30 for each exam and any meds would be extra. I was like, "cool, that's cheap!" But then I got hit with a bill for $520! The staff were nice, but they only looked at my dogs for like 3 or 4 minutes. I don't believe that the meds should cost that much. They got a 2 week supply of antibiotics and it cost me hundreds of dollars! I'm so mad and feel like I got ripped off big time. Don't go to this company if you want affordable vet care like they say on their website. They just sell you a dream and then crush it when you get the bill.

PetIQ Plans

I’m trying to order my pets heart medicine and they denied the prescription. They won’t give me an explanation as to why they denied it but I’m assuming cuz they want him to get a heartworm test, but they closed all their clinics and there’s nowhere to take him to get the test. I’m paying them $30 a month for nothing and they won’t let me cancel the plan. I’ve tried contacting them by phone and email but you can’t never get ahold of anyone on the phone you just stay on hold for hours and no one ever answers and they don’t respond to emails. If i can’t take him to the vet, then what am I paying for? I need my plan cancelled, I’m not asking for no money back just cancel my plan! I can’t take him to another vet until this plan is cancelled cuz i can’t afford it! I’m paying you $30 a month for nothing!

PetIQ I went to PetIQ on 6/24/22 at 3pm with my dog for a rabies vaccine and check-up

I went to PetIQ on 6/24/22 at 3pm with my dog for a rabies vaccine and check-up. The total cost was $60, but I had a 50% off coupon, so I only paid $30. I signed a paper for the vaccine and exam and got a flyer about a wellness plan. The flyer said it was *** a month with a $20 enrollment fee, so I thought that was the price for my puppy. When I talked to the vet, we went over what was included on the flyer, but no one told me that it wasn't the right price for my puppy. After I left, I got a link to pay a *** with a monthly payment of *** and an enrollment fee of $48. That's $28 more than what I agreed to pay.

PetIQ I called PetIQ on the phone to get the price for allergy shots for our dogs

I called PetIQ on the phone to get the price for allergy shots for our dogs. They told me it would be $75 for the biggest dog. We drove 40 miles with our three dogs, but when we got there, they said the two smaller dogs would need two shots each and the bigger dog would need three shots. Other vets never did that before. Then, they tried to sell us something we didn't need. I think they were trying to rip us off. We're on a fixed income, but they kept pushing the product. I was so upset that the big dog didn't get any shots, and I didn't buy anything else. It was $200 total for the two smaller dogs, and they wanted $199 for the big dog's shots that we couldn't afford, not $75. We won't go back or recommend them to anyone.

PetIQ I got this flea and tick stuff called Advecta 3 from PetIQ for my dog

I got this flea and tick stuff called Advecta 3 from PetIQ for my dog. I put it on my dog's back like it said on the box, but then my cat licked it off and almost killed my dog. I told PetIQ they should put a warning on the box that says don't use it if you have a cat, but they said we used it wrong because we didn't keep the cat away for 24 hours. We did that and our cat still got sick and we had to take him to the emergency vet. You'd think a good company would change their box and pay for the damage, but not these guys. They just said too bad, like Jennifer said.

PetIQ I got my dog a wellness plan from PetIQ in Aug 2021

I got my dog a wellness plan from PetIQ in Aug 2021. But then the clinic cut their hours, like, right after that. They were only open every other weekend and had shorter hours. Then they started being open less days and even less hours. It's supposed to be a wellness plan, but it's totally useless if they're never open. They cut their hours to only two days during the week when people like me are working. Then they just straight up closed without any notice or email. It's been since March and they're still closed. I talked to the staff there before about their hours and they said it would get better, but it didn't. I paid $325 for something that I can't even use. I emailed them and they told me to call in, but when I finally had time to call, I was on hold for 45 minutes. And then when I finally talked to someone, they wouldn't give me a full refund. Like, seriously? They tell you to call in, but then make you wait forever on hold. They don't care about my time at all.

PetIQ I took my dogs to PetIQ for their annual vaccines and it was a long wait

I took my dogs to PetIQ for their annual vaccines and it was a long wait. When I finally got in, the associate asked if I wanted the rabies vaccine, but I said no because my dogs weren't due for it. The associate accused me of taking tags off other animals and then they charged me $274.00 for services I didn't want. When I got home, I saw that they even charged me for the rabies vaccine I said no to. I complained to the business, but they said they explained everything to me. I feel like they're calling me a liar and won't give me a refund.

PetIQ I took my lil pup to get checked for bugs at this place

I took my lil pup to get checked for bugs at this place. They only open on some Wednesdays and every Friday. I went on Friday 7/8/2022. The helper said it would take 24 hours for the results. I asked twice to make sure that I would get results the next day since it was Saturday and she said her boss would call me. I paid and sent a sample for testing. Nobody called or emailed me. I called the customer service line. First the lady said that the results take 3-4 days to come back and after telling her what the clinic had told me, she found the results. She then said she could email them to me. I got the email which said my pup has Giardia, which needs a prescription to treat. *** then told me to contact the vet help line for suggestions, which I did. That rep couldn't help me, but she sent info on how to clean up and tips on what probiotics I can use. Another rep contacted me and offered my money back in case I need to take the pup elsewhere. I tried to contact another vet which said they are booked 2 weeks out and would not prescribe the proper medicine. The next day, Monday, 7/11/22, I called customer service which said they were still not able to contact the vet for the prescription needed. Every time I call, the reps somehow cant get in touch with the correct people. I asked for the district managers phone number which they declined. I asked for her name, and she again told me no, that I had to go through them. After multiple attempts to get this resolved and get my pup medicine, he is still sick, having diarrhea all over. I don't get how a company runs business this way and is unable to contact their providers. I gave them multiple opportunities to help me, still with no results.
