I'm having a hard time getting a refund from Miracle Vet
I'm having a hard time getting a refund from Miracle Vet. They're not responding to my emails and when I called, they just directed me to their website. I only have 30 days to return these items.
I asked for my money back from Miracle Vet 'cause they said their product was safe for pregnant dogs, but it ain't
I asked for my money back from Miracle Vet 'cause they said their product was safe for pregnant dogs, but it ain't. My pregnant dogs had puppies with cleft palates 'cause of too much Vitamin A and Vitamin D in the supplement. Even though I only gave 'em 1/3 of the recommended dose, it was still too much and messed up the embryos. I tried to leave a review on their site, called 'em up, and emailed 'em, but they ain't said nothin' back yet. I want my money back for the 9 packages I ain't opened and the 3 I did. I ain't usin' this stuff no more 'cause it messed up my puppies.

I got some Miracle Vet in June. Used it. Got more. The new one looked different, smelled stronger, and had a different batch number. The person I talked to said it might be a bad batch and sent me a new one. But it was from the same batch. I talked to another person named Nate Houston. We went back and forth for no reason. He didn't answer two questions. I got mad and wrote a new email with ATTN MANAGER in the subject. Nate wrote back and said he wasn't a manager. He said sorry and sent another bottle. I asked him to make sure it wasn't from the same batch. He never wrote back. That was four days ago. Today, I got the bottle and it was from the same batch. I'm not even going to open it because it will be the same as the last two.
