First, I must say they don't have an actual office. Their supposed office location is a restaurant. They work from the shadows somewhere in the Dallas area. Their phone number is purchased from an answering service that forwards all calls to their cellphones. They unethically named their company the same name as the highly respected and successful full service company (dog glooming, dog shampoo, haircuts, dog lodging, dog walking etc.) located in Cullman, Alabama to confuse Dallas residents. They went as for as stealing this real company's business logo too. You can check out the real company at www.PrestigiousPets.com. This shady Dallas company uses www.PrestigiousPetsDallas.com. Who really knows who these people are and where to locate them if something bad happened to my dog? Now, what I do know is the owners are Gregory and his wife, Kalle. They do 90% of the dog walking and live somewhere in the Dallas area. They will only dog sit at your house because they don't have a physical office or store location. They do hire dog walkers but these are usually young teens in high school looking to make some extra spending money. They make these teenagers sign a contract indemnifying the owners of all legal responsibility. Additionally, they make the teenagers sign a contract stating that they are independent contractors not employees. The owners Gregory and Kalle are very shady people. My mistake was I conducted my research after the fact, and after I hired them to take care of my dog. And, what a nightmare of an experience it was.
In December 2015, I hired Prestigious Pets "Dallas" to walk my dog when I had to go away on business for two days. I only called them after reading postive reviews online. But, those reviews were for the legit company in Cullman, Alabama not for this shady Dallas company. My mistake was confusing PrestigiousPets.com with PrestigiousPetsDallas.com or perhaps, this was Gregory and Kalle's intent to deceive.
As for Prestigious Pets Dallas, I do not recommend them at all. I am very disappointed with them and believe they are a bunch of scammers. They are very much overpriced and dishonest. They will tag on extra fees to rip you off. They charged me $40 dollars to drive to my house which is ten minutes from their supposed offices. They charge another $30 dollars to walk my dog for ten minutes. They purposely took my house keys with them and charged me another $30 dollars to retrieve them. I wanted to pick up my house keys at their office but was told to meet Gregory on a street corner some 4 blocks from their fake office. They also charge $20 dollars extra to feed my dog with my own dog food from my own cabinet. I can't see paying them $120 dollars just to walk my dog for TEN MINUTES then pour some food into his dog dish. Their job was literally finished in no more then fifteen minutes.
My total bill was $420 dollars (with taxes) just to walk my dog twice a day for two days. This was such a rip off. What gets me truly mad is the fact that they tagged on extra fees to boost my final bill.
I would not recommend them to anyone seeking a dog walker.

I graduated from college and was going to work for this company, but chose not to. They seem like a really shady company that takes advantage of desperate people and high school students. As the person that would actually do all of the work with the animals and pays for the gas/maintainance (its not compensated), they were going to pay me less than 50%. Ridiculous. They reel in profit from other people doing all of the work. I would be making way less than minimum wage and I've worked with animals for over 7 years through volunteering at shelters, fostering animals, and owning my own petsitting business at one time. The way they tried to reel me in was similar to a pyramid scheme, too. There were 2 interviews, a phone call to teach me their system, and one day of "shadowing." They originally made me believe that I would get to negotiate my salary by percentage, but then said, "Oh no. When I said 'negotiate', I really meant that they will pay you based on if you do advertising or not. You don't get a say in your pay. She'll tell you your percentage tomorrow." (Luckily I did the math myself and found I wouldn't even get half most of the time). Before I even agreed to work with them and before I signed the contract, they already assigned me petsitting jobs online. It seemed like they were trying to create a sense of urgency and make me invest myself more and more to get me to work for them for low pay. When I met with them to discuss the contract and get an answer to my question about how much they would pay me, they said "We pay between 30%-50% to our employees, but don't pay higher because of office costs (they don't have an office), advertising, and the program they use (which only costs $299 a year at max)"
Kalle Gregory is the owner and the "only" dog walker. Kalle uses a virtual office making people believe she is running a big company. In actuality, Kalle Gergory is a one person show. She's a phony. Ask Kalle about the customer that hired her to feed her cat for 2 weeks. Kalle was paid $180 upfront and she never fed this customer's cat. The cat starved to death. Yes, next time anyone wants to hire Prestigious Pets Dallas please ask Kalle why she failed to feed this customer's cat. Ask Kalle why she never went to this person's house. She took the money and never kept her end of the deal.
Kalle is a con artist. Before you hire Kalle please ask her why she murdered a customer's cat. Then, find yourself another dog walker. If you don't believe me you can ask Kalle yourself. Do not trust Prestigious Pets Dallas. Your pet's life is at stake.
